  • thin but scratchy and not comfortable. these don't lay flat either Apr 09, 2021

  • These are terrible for small breasted women. They don't lie flat at all and look all bunched up and wrinkled inside your bra. Super uncomfortable May 09, 2019

  • Slightly absorbing. I used them more to hide my nipples while wearing a thin nursing bra. Nov 02, 2018

  • These are small, itchy and rough. They’re terrible for sensitive nipples. Oct 05, 2018

  • These are less expensive than other brands but for me they do a good job of protecting from leaks. However, they are thin so they wouldn't work well for someone who leaks heavily. Oct 31, 2017

  • These still made my boob and bra all wet! I use them now for afternoons when my letdown isn’t so leaky. I have to stick to the thicker pads for nighttime and early mornings. Oct 24, 2017

  • These were fine. They did what they were supposed to do, but I ended up finding some at a local grocery that were just as effective and way cheaper. Oct 19, 2017

  • These feel like tiny plastic pads on your sensitive breasts/nipples. They also made me sweat which isn't ideal when you are about to nurse a baby. Oct 18, 2017

Stuck to my nipples when wet causing pain when removing. Oct 05, 2017

  • These pads are thin but that is the only positive thing about them. They don't absorb leaky milk very well, are very rough and scratchy, and not at all good for sore nipples. Jul 19, 2017

  • It keeps me dry but since it does not have tape, it tends to move around Feb 08, 2017

  • I loved these the best along with agvent. I got alot of these marked clearance and turned out to love them. Dec 30, 2016

  • Have to triple them up otherwise you leak right through your shirt! Jan 20, 2016

  • I never had leaking issues with these, but they didn't feel comfortable against my nipples. Dec 21, 2015

  • very absorbent!! Nov 22, 2015

  • These weren't soft. I returned them. Aug 11, 2015

  • least itchy disposable pads I used Jul 21, 2015

  • Loved these - they weren't super absorbent, but were absorbent enough for leaks between feedings, and leaking during a feeding. Usually I needed to replace one after a nursing session. Dec 02, 2014

  • Very thin but effective. Still visible through most nursing bras (but so are most pads). Aug 18, 2014

  • I like that these are thin and not bulky. Can be worn usually without detection. So many others are so bulky and you can see them underneath your shirt! Aug 08, 2014

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
