what parents are saying
Best nursing pillow! Great height, straps around your back so you don't have to take it off when walking to another room, and can sling it over your shoulder. Love the little pockets for small storage (Jul 14, 2015)
The My Brest Friend Pillow is the number one pick among lactation consultants to help moms gets the hang of breastfeeding. It wraps all the way around the waist for optimal back support, helps to correct Mom’s posture while feeding, and won’t shift around. It’s wide enough for baby to lay comfortably and there’s a storage pocket for your water bottle or phone. Others note it’s wonderful for moms who’ve had a c-section.
The Catch: Some moms have a love-hate relationship with this pillow--so try to borrow a friend’s first before buying.

I love this pillow more than other feeding pillows because it clicks around your waist and provides a firm support to breastfeed baby. I was actually able to free up a hand when using this pillow.

Being able to attach the nursing pillow to my body is crucial to keep my new mama arms from exhausting. Plus, my larger breast size was challenging to position and this pad was the only one that works

This was great for breastfeeding! I felt like I could walk around and do things while nursing my newborn. However, nursing didn’t last long for us, so I can’t say how it is for older babies.

The pillow was a necessity after baby was born, but he outgrew it in just about couple months. Great support. You can move around the house while wearing it (without putting baby on it of course)

Gives great support for baby and me. The adjustable waist strap let's make it as tight as I'd like with the function pocket in front for my phone when I need to be mobile and hold the baby

This pillow is much more comfortable in the front when nursing. However, the back support part bothered me when sitting in the rocker. This worked better for me when I was on the couch or bed.

LOVE this pillow. Really liked the back support and being able to buckle it so that it stayed in place. Way better than the Boppy. Husband also liked it while holding baby! Also, the pocket is great.

It's easy to use for the mom, but I feel like the pillow is not soft enough. It's fine when the baby is small and can't move, but as they grow bigger the pillow needs to be more snug and "plush."

I felt more like a hot dog vendor. Can't just plop down on a chair, you have to "put it on" every time with the piece that goes behind your back. I also don't like how the pillow was stiff. Not comfy!

Was too awkward for us. Maybe due to having small breasts? It ended up just sitting in the closet and being a waste of money. The LC I worked with even recommended I feed without and she loves them.

this is definitely better for nursing than the boppy, but keep in mind that it isn't really meant to be a rest for the baby, but rather a rest for you while holding the baby for best positioning/latch

Purchased after using my best friend's in the early days. Used only for a couple weeks tho. Possibly due to the fact I only breastfed on one side (had a mastectomy). Lifesaver to many friends though!
