  • I despise disposable breast pads. They are itchy & annoying. Enter Lily Pads. Comfortable for all day wear, they allow you to ditch your bra and not worry about leaks. Super easy to clean, too! Sep 23, 2023

  • Bought these to wear with a fancy dress for a wedding I was in. They are only ok. I wish they lasted a little longer. The sticky stopped working after one use. Like the concept though. May 24, 2023

  • They never worked right for me. I wanted them to work so bad, but milk leaked out and it never suctioned quite right. Maybe I was just too heavy of a leaker for these. Oct 13, 2021

  • Great at first but over time it seemed like I could never get them clean enough. May 01, 2021

  • I loved these for overnight wear or on the go trips while my milk was regulating, I was not a huge leaker though so not sure how that could have changed my opinion. Apr 28, 2021

  • These are a life changer! They are a must have! Washable and lasted me a whole year! Jan 23, 2020

  • Got after my initial starter pack lily padz kinda wore out. They did last 2 months, wore them daily, removing multiple times for feedings. Very comfy and hide your nips completely under shirt. Sep 15, 2019

  • These are perfect for going out and needing something discrete yet effective. Aug 22, 2019

  • Was in a wedding couldn't pump if feed for 5 hours. No leaks! Stuck on solid . I want afraid it would come off. Also did not have any bulging so discrete. Jul 11, 2019

  • So helpful early on when I was nursing because they really stopped the leaking and covered things well. Liked that they didn't move and rub like the cotton or reusable ones did. Jul 10, 2019

  • didnt stay on well. Jul 25, 2018

  • I used these when going to my husbands work Christmas party. They worked for a maybe an hour but by three hours of wearing them I leaked milk all over my dress. Jun 23, 2018

  • I like that they stay on without harsh adhesives Mar 28, 2018

These never worked for me! They did stay in place well, but always leaked. Mar 22, 2018

  • Used with my son and loved them Feb 04, 2018

  • These nursing pads are amazing! They stay put and are every thin. Reusable and eco! Jan 27, 2018

  • Didn't leak and I liked the coverage. Got mastitis three times though and wonder if these contributed to it. Dec 10, 2017

Wanted to like these but they leaked Oct 18, 2017

  • I sleep with these on and they stay on pretty well. Only when my baby doesn't wake to feed can I have troubles because I leak more than they can handle. Sep 30, 2017

  • Great for if your a nursing mom and want to go swimming. It's the only product I could find for that. Unfortunately I did get mastitis from wearing this product for a couple days. Aug 11, 2017

  • They're okay. Not crazy about them though. I leaked horribly during pregnancy but my nipples were too sensitive with these. They were so sticky that it felt like it was taking a layer of skin with it. Jun 18, 2017

  • I bought these to use in swimsuit during the summer, but never ended up using them. Nov 16, 2016

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
