  • These are amazing. I could pump at work and continue to work, I could pump in the car, I could pump at home and take care of some of the needs of my kids or eat! Amazing. Oct 16, 2021

  • Absolutely love these! You can use them to pump hands free or while in inconvenient places and you can use them with a regular pump. I've used these a ton while commuting and traveling. Jun 12, 2021

  • Great for out of the house adventures. Does take longer to empty Jun 06, 2021

  • I have the open system from back before the closed ones came out. You have to sit perfectly upright to keep the milk from backing out Feb 18, 2021

  • Used with spectra hack, allowed me to pump during conference calls and meetings. Also during my work commutes which included public transportation. Feb 15, 2021

Love these cups!! They make pumping so much easier. The only con is the washing all the tiny parts but other than that it is a great product for moms on the go. May 26, 2020

  • Great for being hands free and it holds 8oz of milk. Only thing is you still have the tubes hanging out attached to the pump, so they can get caught on things. They are also very bulky and big May 03, 2020

These are so helpful for pumping discreetly at work. They don’t require a special bra and they work perfectly with the Medela Pump in Style Pump. Apr 26, 2020

  • These were a life saver for pumping at work or on the go. So easy to put into any bra and quick. Easy to pour out of and held a lot of milk! Apr 20, 2020

These were a life save when I went back to work. Made pumping so much easier. Apr 16, 2020

  • Everyone says they're discrete, but I don't know how. They're HUGE, but the bigger issue is the shape. It's so angular instead of natural, and I could never have pumped outside of my home in it. Apr 03, 2020

  • The freemie is a must have if you cannot sit for those 30 min of pumping. These cups are amazing! Mar 19, 2020

  • Have these cups with the portable freemie pump and it makes pumping on the go so much easier. You do need a slightly tight bra to help these keep their seal. Feb 23, 2020

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Q: A little confused on what these are?

    asked by Andrea B. - Jan 28, 2015

  • I got this info from their website: it's for hands-free double pumping and comes with two concealable collection cups, two breast funnel sets, valve assemblies, and one standard Freemie Connection Kit for Medela Pump in Style Advanced and Personal open-system pumps, as well as Medela Symphony and Lactina hospital-grade pumps.

    Bruna C. - Jan 29, 2015

  • I found this description helpful: The Freemie Breast Pump Collection Cups are designed to be used in place of your compatible pump's traditional horns and bottles, and are supported by your regular or nursing bra underneath ordinary clothing for a hands free pumping experience.
