  • free with health insurance I wished I chose a different brand. It was new and Dr recommended it to me. After a few months of use it started to make weird noises and the suction was weak Mar 21, 2023

  • Got this pump for free with my insurance. Worked good, but wanted something a little more easy and portable. Nov 16, 2022

  • Love, second pump passed down from cousin. Works well. And reliable. I believe it can take batteries also which helps. Ameda is great and a favorite brand Mar 07, 2021

  • I got this pump through insurance, and it's the worst. I upgraded to a Spectra after trying this one out. It hurt to pump and was annoying to adjust the levels constantly. Feb 16, 2021

  • I got this from a friend, used, and I didn't like it at all, the suction settings were confusing and the strength and pattern of suction just didn't work well with me. Jan 23, 2021

  • This is such a good breastpump. Very easy to use Nov 30, 2020

  • This pump had more Cons than pros for me. First thing I didn’t like was the pump only came with one flange size. There were only 2 Pumping bottles that have tops that allow for easy fridge storage Sep 11, 2020

  • I got this pump with insurance, I don’t like that it’s complicated to clean. I also don’t like the suction I feel that it’s not as strong as Medella or Lansinoh. Jul 20, 2020

I received this with my insurance with my first baby. It was portable, and worked well for pumping in the car. It was also loud, and I took a long time to effectively let down. Jul 20, 2020

  • I got this pump through insurance and I am so glad! I like this way better than my Medlea Freestyle. It is so quiet and the suction is great. Highly recommend! Jul 16, 2020

  • This breast pump has a very weak suction. I'm unable to get any milk expressed. I bought a spectra instead. May 12, 2020

I really loved how compact and easy to use this breast pump, it wasn’t very loud and easy to clean. I kept this bedside so I can pump after a feeding to increase milk supply. May 03, 2020

  • Not great at all!!! Apr 25, 2020

VERY EASY TO USE! Plan on using the same one for my second child Apr 21, 2020

This pump is quiet and customizable and extremely easy to clean. The section and comfort are better than the PISA by comparison. I was not able to build my supply, but I could maintain what I had Apr 20, 2020

  • Waiting to see one LO arrives! Apr 16, 2020

  • It's great that this has batteries for being portable. It is not as strong as other pumps and the standard flanges hurt after multiple uses. It is easy to adjust settings. Mar 28, 2020

This pump is awful. I had to call twice because it was not working well. Not many settings. One good thing about it is that it’s small. Mar 14, 2020

  • I like that it is a closed circuit system. It also has a battery and plug option if you are work or on the go and need to pump. Medela and dr brown bottles are compatible. Parts are easy to assemble. Feb 07, 2020

I LOVE this pump. It works so much better for me than the Spectra. It’s small, light weight, and I get so much milk out of it compared to others I’ve tried. I highly recommend this pump! Feb 06, 2020

  • I have this pump and I like it better than my evenflo brand pump. I get more milk from this brand than my other pump! Feb 05, 2020

  • I have this and LOVED it! I had also gotten another popular brand and this by far works better! I pumped three times a day for over a year just at work and it wasn't loud but worked quickly and well. Jan 29, 2020

  • Wasnt too bad of a pump, I used my hand pump more than anything but this was a good pump only downside was it's one of the noisier ones Jan 25, 2020

  • Would not repurchase. Too loud for such a tiny machine but the worst part is that the suction was just not great compared to other pumps. Jan 03, 2020

  • Free with insurance cheapest thing they had I'm sure not getting as much milk with this pump Usually pump 8-10 and only get 4-6 oz. uncomfortable flanges. Is relatively loud don't want to use at work. Jan 02, 2020

  • It's my first pump so don't have anything to compare it to. Got it through insurance. Like that it's a closed system. Easy to clean. Wish it came with more bottles. Mine only came with 2. Needs 6. Dec 13, 2019

  • I love this pump! I also bought a second pump but this one is much better than the other pump! It gets the job done much quicker! Nov 13, 2019

  • Received through insurance. Great pump. Easy to put together. Closed system which is cleaner. Oct 23, 2019

  • I wish it came with a couple of different flanges instead of just the “standard size” the medela hand pump from the hospital cane with several and I loved itz Aug 27, 2019

  • It's a good simple breast pump that does the job. Not super fancy, basic with a speed and suction setting. Aug 06, 2019

  • This and all other Ameda pumps are simply awful. There is no comfortable suction setting. Do not buy. Jul 16, 2019

  • I got this breast pump free through my insurance. While It’s a good breast pump, my body didn’t respond well to it. Jun 28, 2019

  • Loved this pump. Was easy to clean and not super loud. Love you can adjust it for speed and intensity. Worked very well for the 9 weeks I exclusively pumped until we switched to formula. Apr 20, 2019

  • I really did not like this pump. It barely worked. I didn’t get nearly as much milk as I do with my new pump. Mar 20, 2019

  • This pump was not for me. It only came with one shield size, but I needed a different size for one side. It really didn't create a good letdown for me. Felt like didn't suck hard enough. Mar 08, 2019

  • This is a pretty good pump for the cost. One down side is the suctions is really good when I first start pumping but isn't really good after about 10 mins of pumping Feb 25, 2019

  • This pump was great at getting the milk out, but there were too many parts and I wish it had some sort of carrier for travel. Feb 20, 2019

    • Nitza B.
    • Meadow Vista, California

Works great with one or two pumps attached so I can pump just on the side I just nursed to stimulate more breast milk. It has multiple speeds so I can start slow and build up as it kind of hurts. Jan 30, 2019

I was pumping about 40oz per day or more with hospital rental thought I’d try this to save money and I pumped barely anything worst pump ever Jan 19, 2019

  • This has been so much more effective & comfortable for me when compared to the Purely Yours. It's also noticeably quieter when you're pumping in a office suite. I'm still planning to get a Spectra. Nov 16, 2018

  • I did not like this pump when I first got it because it hurt. Even though it came with 3 different size flanges none were the right size for me. Once I ordered the areola stimulator it worked great! Nov 04, 2018

  • Stopped sucking out of one side when my newborn was 2 weeks old Oct 11, 2018

  • The ameda pump for me was nothing great. It was an okay pump, directly after birth I used the hospital grade pump. Medela is still my favorite and does/did the job right! Oct 09, 2018

  • Borrowed this from a friend when I forgot my pump parts at home one day. I loved the control this pump offers. I produced more milk with this than the medela instyle. Sep 04, 2018

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
