  • I have used a couple pumps like this and always like to collect my let down with them while baby nurses on the opposite side. Oct 03, 2023

  • A must-have for breastfeeding. It may require watching a YouTube video to figure out, but once you do, it's a milk-saving miracle. Perfect for collecting milk on the non-nursing side during feedings. May 30, 2023

  • Compact and easy to use. Good quality material for the price and stays attached pretty good I've walked around the house with it being attached and almost full and stayed on still. Mar 16, 2023

  • Worked just as well as the haakaa brand Jul 06, 2022

  • I never understood what let downs were before I started my exclusive pumping journey. This saved my milk (and many shirts!). It has lasted my two children so far and the suction continues to be great. Feb 25, 2022

  • I have this one works great but silly me was doing it wrong so definitely watch videos for better results Feb 23, 2021

  • I like that the NatureBond silicone pumps come with a lid and a lanyard, but i don't feel the suction was quite as good as with my haakaa brand pump. Oct 30, 2020

  • This would not stay on once it collected milk. I had 3+ ounces of milk suddenly dump all over me several times before I just stopped using it. Maybe the Haaka works better? Sep 13, 2020

  • This is a breastfeeding must-have! It's an easy way to build a milk stash - I suction on one side while feeding on the other. So simple to use. The silicone stopper is also useful. Aug 31, 2020

Just as good as haaka! Aug 22, 2020

  • Worked well to get out clogs Aug 11, 2020

  • Such a life saver when first nursing. Collects let down that you can store for later use. Jul 22, 2020

  • It's only in the beginning to relieve fullness otherwise it's useless. Jun 13, 2020

  • Even better then the haakaa Apr 30, 2020

  • No issues with the product itself, I got this before I had my baby and I do not leak when I breastfeed so it wasn't needed. For the price, it's not a big deal it's not used. Mar 12, 2020

  • Just as good as a haaka but for a way better price Mar 11, 2020

  • I wish I would have discovered this product sooner. It catches the your let down on the side you are not nursing on. I soaked through numerous breast pads now I am able to create a freezer stash! Mar 03, 2020

  • The suction wasn't very strong. It popped off my breast frequently. I would recommend the Haakaa over the NatureBond model. Jan 20, 2020

  • best thing to help collect milk while nursing. I used this while nursing on the opposite side during maternity leave and collected over 12 liters of breastmilk (without needing an electric pump)! Jan 15, 2020

I was nervous but a off brand haaka but wow did this little beauty work well! I was able to catch 2 oz a feeding while I nursed on the other breast! I had a freezer stash in no time. Jan 14, 2020

  • Found this to be somewhat painful to actually extract milk. I use more as a "drip catcher" for the breast not being used while nursing. Catches so few drops that it's almost not worth it. Nov 30, 2019

  • Perfect for catching my milk flowing out on the other side although the suction could be a little stronger to get more milk out. Great packaging/storing for in between pumps Nov 19, 2019

  • Every nursing mama needs this product. I ended up getting a second one because who doesn't need a backup !? Oct 22, 2019

  • Must have for breastfeeding. Any silicone milk collector is a must. Aug 29, 2019

  • Ingenious way to catch extra milk in a passive way. Aug 22, 2019

  • I have tthis in another brand but this one has a great stopper! If you’re breastfeeding this is a must have!!! Mar 30, 2019

  • ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE. It’s saving milk you’d otherwise lose to your pad. Build a freezer stash with no hassle, and easy to clean! It stays on the breast well, and not painful. Mar 09, 2019

I didn’t use this very long. I purchased this around 6 months pp. it worked great the first few tries. Mar 01, 2019

    • Cameron, North Carolina

This is okay it’s hard to find a good pressure it either sucks on too hard or not hard enough. I found a nursing bra and pad catches drips better since the bottle is hard to maneuver comfortably Feb 22, 2019

Attached easily, removes a lot of milk, holds 3-4 ounces. Feb 11, 2019

    • Thao C.
    • Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

I love these!!!!! I ordered extra after trying the more expensive brand. This is much better, I highly recommend! Feb 10, 2019

  • It didn't work very well while I was breastfeeding/pumping. I tried everything to keep it on. I had a great supply, too. Feb 06, 2019

  • this comes in handy while pumping or breast feeding, I do wish I could collect more at a time. It seems like the suction isn't enough to get a good flow going. Jan 21, 2019

  • I don’t find myself using this at all. Dec 29, 2018

    • Dee H.
    • San Francisco, California

Love!! I use this when feeding my baby to catch some extra milk during letdown. By the end of the day, I collect at least 4oz! Suctions well and even withstands my baby's kicks! Oct 28, 2018

  • This is a must have for breastfeeding mothers. My baby feeds on one side and I suction this to the other breast and that way it would save me from having to pump. Oct 02, 2018

  • The suction doesn't work as well as I would like it to. Oct 02, 2018

    • Lisa R.
    • Heathsville, Virginia

Doesn't seem to work that well for me unfortunately. Not sure if I am doing something wrong. Sep 06, 2018

  • Perfect for moms who nurse baby on one side only, stick this to the other breast and it works great to collect milk. These do not work well on their own, you need baby to stimulate the let down. Sep 05, 2018

  • Works well, great for letdown when the baby won’t relatch. Save every drop. Aug 29, 2018

  • Easy to use and the little stopper is great for when you’re on the go and don’t have a chance to rinse before throwing it in your bag. Aug 23, 2018

  • This is one of my favorite products! So handy to have! I've collected so much milk using this! It's great if your baby only feeds from one side, use this on the other during the feed! Aug 13, 2018

As a mom that struggled with milk production, this was amazing to have. It caught all my let down milk so it wasn't going to waste. It was easy to attach, and to clean. Aug 06, 2018

  • Never go anywhere without this. Collects about 2-3 ounces of let down. Jun 23, 2018

    • Tracy K.
    • South Daytona, Florida

I have several different brands of manual suction pumps and this one has a softer suction than all my others which is great to just catch your let down and not cause oversupply. Jun 23, 2018

  • Great product! There is so much breastmilk that was being wasted from the other breast while I would feed by baby. The suction is really good. Jun 08, 2018

  • weeThink

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
