  • Never worked for me. I didn't have milk like that to catch. Nov 20, 2019

  • I was using this to express a few oz prior to nursing as my let-down was too fast for baby. I experienced horrible nipple pain from using this. OB thinks it caused some temporary nerve damage. Nov 19, 2019

  • This has been by far my favorite breast feeding product. It is great for instant relief when baby isn't hungry and I don't want to get my pump out. It has helped me build a freezer stash in 2 weeks. Nov 14, 2019

  • This is great to leave in the diaper bag as it’s small and lightweight but it definitely doesn’t work as well as an electronic pump. Nov 13, 2019

This thing is absolutely AWESOME for the immediate postpartum period. It collects your entire let down on the breast you aren't currently feeding on. It stops working when your milk stabilizes though. Nov 13, 2019

  • The Haakaa is absolutely incredible! I used this on one breast while nursing on the other, and in 15 minutes was able to get over 2x the milk I would get after an hour of 'power pumping'! A must buy. Nov 11, 2019

  • I used this on opposite side while baby nursed to help relieve engorgement. I didn’t get as much milk as I would’ve expected so I’m not sure if I didn’t have a great suction or what. Nov 09, 2019

  • This is a life saver. I collected so many ounces of milk with this, without having to do anything. Just suction it on and it does all the work. No more wasted milk. Nov 04, 2019

  • I bought this because of reviews, it is alright, but honestly not as good as I was expecting. Was uncomfortable, I'd rather pump the other side while nursing just for the comfort option. Nov 03, 2019

  • This was the perfect addition to my pumping. Only downside was if you have big breasts like myself it does not stay on well with holding it. Nov 03, 2019

  • Perfect for that newborn stage when you’re engorged to relieve discomfort without having to use a pump. Oct 31, 2019

  • Love! During nighttime feeding I place on opposite breast, has boosted my supply and replaced pumping! Oct 29, 2019

  • There is a bit of a learning curve with this product. Sometimes I feel that it's more trouble than it's worth. It can be quite uncomfortable. Oct 28, 2019

  • This product is phenomenal. A genius idea (making the most of your nursing sessions). I now give it to every new mother I know (that is planning to breastfeed) as a baby gift. Oct 23, 2019

  • I would have gotten better use out of this if my milk supply was better, but many of my friend swear by it! Oct 20, 2019

  • Great for catching letdown on the opposite side to start building a freezer stash. Also great for if you have a clogged duct! (Add epsom salt in hot water!) Oct 18, 2019

This wasn't great for me, I found it to be bulky and painful. Oct 08, 2019

  • I did not like it when I first used it. Then a week later i was able to get more milk. It’s good in a bind, but I prefer to just use a manual pump. Oct 02, 2019

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
