I think it will work with all of them! You use your original pump tubing, and then connect the freemie tubes to those tubes!

I can verify it works with the pump-in-style. Like Ashley said, you use your original tubing so it should be universal and Medela uses the same tubes for all their pumps!

I used with the Pump In Style and it worked great. It comes with tube extensions and little connectors that go in the medela pump tubes. That's how it converts. I would think most of the medela tubing is the same so it should work.

I tried w the Freestyle and the PIS. Worked with both. Not quite as free to move around as I thought I would be with the Freestyle as the cups will spill.

I used this with the Medela Pump in Style Advanced and it worked great. It works with most Medelas but not all...it states this on the description: Connection kit for Medela/NUK/Hygeia breast pumps (not compatible with Medela Freestyle or Swing).
