I am no longer spending a fortune on bags! I love that I can freeze small amounts at a time. The trays are pretty sturdy. There are very faint lines so you don't overfill the trays. May 07, 2022

This is perfect for freezing small amounts of breastmilk. It has less waste than bags. The plastic is strong and will put up with a lot of wear and tear to use again and again. May 06, 2022

  • I do like being able to freeze milk into 1 ounce portions and then put them in a larger freezer bag for storage. I have had issues getting the milk sticks out of the trays. Jan 20, 2022

  • LOVE these trays! Work wonderfully for pumping moms as I didn't waste as much milk as I did when I used the bags. Feb 24, 2021

  • I absolutely swear by this!! Since baby was born we used this on the daily. This and some milk catchers are the best. You’ll be surprised how much milk you save. Saves room in freezer. Mar 26, 2020

  • I didn’t love these for milk, but I’m looking forward to trying them for homemade baby food. Breastmilk is sticky, and I found it hard pour in and remove from the trays without wasting my liquid gold! Mar 16, 2019

Not very durable. The plastic warped with the temperature of the water I use to wash bottles. Hand wash only, and not good quality. Ounce markings are accurate, at least. Jul 27, 2018

  • Used these for our first I was nice to have 2ounce frozen sections. A bonus was during teething we'd let her hold and chew on one to soother her gums! May 30, 2018

  • These are the smartest thing to have!! I love that I can freeze the milk and just slip the cubes in a bottle to warm! So handy!! Mar 24, 2018

  • Each “cube” is 1 oz and can easily be put into a bottle to thaw when ready to use. I could put 3-4 frozen into a bottle at one time. Feb 14, 2018

  • So disappointed with these. Really wanted to avoid all the plastic bags but milk got freezer burned practically overnight, even inside two gallon freezer bags. Had to dump 8 GALLONS of breastmilk. Nov 16, 2017

  • Great for storage of Breast milk. Fits easily into any bottles when needed for use Nov 16, 2017

  • Saves milk in the perfect portion of 1 oz sticks.. Easy to use and clean. The sticks take up less space than the storage bags in your freezer and are easier to store. Really amazing! Oct 25, 2017

  • Love that I can store in perfect 1 oz portions. Also more eco friendly than traditional bags Oct 19, 2017

  • Love this product saves milk from being wasted. Doesn't take up space. I transfer the frozen milk into reusable storage bags. You can even use it for freezing fresh baby food. Sep 12, 2017

Only think I would change is to make it silicone. Otherwise absolutely love these! Oct 04, 2016

  • These make it so easy to only thaw as much milk as I need for my baby (like just one ounce to make rice cereal). Yes, you have to be careful transferring to the freezer, but so worth it! Apr 16, 2016

Love that I can use regular ziploc bags for storage - cheaper & environmentally friendly. Cons: Milk spills out of the tray easily. Don't know how to transport frozen milk without it melting together. Dec 19, 2015

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
