  • (what's this?)

Totally helps boost supply the very next day! Very impressed! But the flavor is pretty bad and way too sweet. I mixed with extra water and tart cherry juice. Great to have incase of a dip in supply. Jul 17, 2020

  • (what's this?)

My supply started to drop, and I was pleased to find that this helped to increase my supply again. I loved how easy and convenient it was to use. It did have a weird aftertaste, though. Dec 31, 2019

  • (what's this?)

I actually love this drink! It tastes really yummy, so I actually look forward to drinking it. It seems to have helped my supply, but I mostly bought it to add more nutrients to my breastmilk. Jun 07, 2019

  • I love these single serve packets. Some people complain about the taste but I found it yummy. I put half a pack in my 32oz hydroflask at a time so it’s more like flavored water. So far my supply is up Feb 15, 2018

  • (what's this?)

While the taste and convenience of the product was generally a plus, I disliked the Stevia aftertaste and found that it didn't actually increase my supply much. I would still recommend it, however. Dec 28, 2017

  • (what's this?)

I have a very hungry boy, I have been looking for ways to increase my supply. This does indeed work. I noticed an increase within a few days. The taste is good but better with juice instead of water. Aug 30, 2017

I really liked this! It tastes much better than any fenugreek tea I've tried (and I've tried a lot!) and it did think it helped with my supply! The only thing I didn't like was the fake sugar in it. Aug 18, 2017

  • (what's this?)

I was not a fan of the odd, sweet taste. I did not notice any significant impact on my milk supply but exclusive pumpers might. I liked the no artificial colors/flavors and convenience of packets. Aug 11, 2017

  • (what's this?)

I was suffering from a low supply. After using the drink mix i went from pumping 5oz a day to 25oz a day. I loved the convenience of the individual premeasured packets. I really enjoyed the flavor. Aug 10, 2017

  • (what's this?)

Loved the individual packets as it was easy to use. Enjoyed the flavor but didn't dissolve well. I didn't notice a change in my milk supply but it I'll continue to take it. Aug 10, 2017

  • I took this supply for a while to see what the effect would be. But, it ended up hard for me to figure out if this drink really added any supply. It still tastes okay, so I would give it a try. Aug 09, 2017

  • (what's this?)

Love the convenience of single serving packets and definitely prefer this to taking Fenugreek pills. I found the flavor best when following Premama's recommendation of 12oz of water to a packet. Aug 09, 2017

  • (what's this?)

This drink helped boost my supply. Didn't taste great but it worked. Pre packing ment it was easy for me. I drank it every morning for breakfast with OJ. Aug 07, 2017

  • (what's this?)

I am extremely disappointed with this product. This single packaging is convenient, and the taste is tolerable but the results are terrible! My supply decreased drastically, big regret. Aug 06, 2017

  • (what's this?)

I was really excited to try this drink mix as my milk supply has decreased but I didn't see any increase after drinking this for almost a month. The pre-measured packets were nice but the taste wasn't Aug 05, 2017

  • (what's this?)

The Premama Lactation Drink tastes really great. I just used it in a blender bottle with some ice water, it mixes well and the single servings are easy and quick to use. Aug 05, 2017

  • (what's this?)

I don't feel like I noticed a huge increase in milk supply. I've had a good supply on my own, so maybe that's why. If you don't have problems with supply I wouldn't recommend. But if you do, try it! Aug 02, 2017

  • (what's this?)

It really works! Increased my milk production and keeps me hydrated! I don't mind the taste and appreciate the single serve packaging! It mixes right into bottled water, just wish it dissolved easier. Aug 01, 2017

  • (what's this?)

My supply increased after just a few days (about an ounce or two per pumping session), and my let down occurred much quicker. Plus, the taste is much better than the tincture I was taking previously. Jul 29, 2017

  • (what's this?)

So far so good, I'm still taking it since I decided to wait til ovulation cycle started to try the product. I would love for the product to provide more info on when to start taking it. We will see! Jul 28, 2017

I'm nursing baby #4 & pump to donate, so was happy to try this drunk mix when given the opportunity by the weeSpring Parent Panel. I did notice an increase after drinking it :) Would recommend! Jul 28, 2017

  • (what's this?)

I've always struggled with my supply. This mix gave me a slight increase that will hopefully allow me to keep breastfeeding a bit longer. Conveniently packaged, needs to be mixed with 24oz cold water. Jul 28, 2017

  • (what's this?)

Luckily I got this before I head back to work, I have been actually having milk left over after feeding my daughter that I can pump. Although, I prefer not to drink this plain in just water. Jul 28, 2017

  • (what's this?)

This was a great product to try. I could tell I had an increase in supply-not a drastic one-but enough to tell. Good taste - mix with more than 12 oz of water. Did give baby gas the first few days Jul 27, 2017

I loved that this helped increase my milk supply and was easy to incorporate into my diet by adding it to smoothies or water. It has a mild berry flavor and is not gritty. I would recommend this! Jul 26, 2017

  • (what's this?)

Great concept, but the taste was so bad that I couldn't finish a glass (I tried at least 5 times). So I did not see any results from this drink. I did like the individual packets. Jul 26, 2017

While I cannot say that this is a delicious drink, I can tell you that it definitely worked to increase my supply. I've tried so many supplements, recipes, and electrolyte drinks to increase my supply Jul 26, 2017

  • I've tried a lot of supplements and dietary modifications to increase my supply. This drink mix gave me an extra pumped ounce when I drank it every day and pumped for the same amount of time. Jul 26, 2017

  • (what's this?)

To me, it tasted like my toddler's organic juice drink. I did see a slight increase in my milk production, especially at night. I also Ioved that they are individually packaged for one-time servings. Jul 25, 2017

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
