The Happiest Baby Guide to Great Sleep: Simple Solutions for Kids from Birth to 5 Years
what parents are saying
If you've read The Happiest Baby on the Block, this book doesn't offer a whole lot that is new (at least for 0-3 months) except the wake-and-sleep technique. However, I really appreciate that Dr. Karp's approach gentle and his advice can help parents feel good about a softer, gentler approach to sleep training. (Nov 20, 2014)
