  • I got this at my baby shower and it was such a blessing, it helped me when my little one wasn't feeding like he should have been. Also easy to carry! Mar 22, 2019

  • This pump worked well for me, I was able to pump with ease but the parts were somewhat hard to clean Oct 28, 2018

  • easy to use, easy to clean. it's pretty loud but very effective and the pressure dial is great! Jan 10, 2018

  • really did not like the results for this pump, hardly any suctioning just a bunch of loud noise !!!!. Jan 03, 2018

I have an older model and love it. Wish I could change the speed but the suction is good Aug 28, 2017

  • I love this pump. It actually works better than the pump my insurance sent me. It's easy to use and doesn't take up a bunch of space. It also can run on batteries for on the go. Jul 21, 2017

  • I used to EP when my babe was first born and I loved this pump. Easily pumped out 10oz in 20 minutes and liked the fact of plugged in or batteries. Easy to take on road trips because of easy clean Jul 04, 2017

  • like that you have the option of batteries or being plugged in. its sorta loud. May 24, 2017

  • Inexpensive pump that does the trick. I have to use the highest setting but my milk supply has not decreased over the last month. Apr 18, 2017

  • Not a strong pump at all would never buy again!!!! Hated it Oct 05, 2016

  • Easy to use, portable and your choice of battery or plug in. Mar 26, 2016

  • This pump works pretty good. But it's not exactly a quiet pump. Mar 21, 2016

  • Made pumping so much easier Jan 15, 2016

This is the loudest pump I've ever heard! I like the small size, but the noise is just unbearable. Also seems to offer less suction than my ancient Medela, but that's just as tried against my palm. Jan 09, 2016

  • Although I only pumped for about a month this pump was great. It didn't make my nipples too sore and drew out plenty of milk. But it was a little loud Jan 08, 2016

  • It's a closed system at a great price. Few others other Aug 24, 2015

  • The only pump to work for me. Sep 30, 2014

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
