Milkflow is a concentrated blend of natural herbal extracts including fenugreek and blessed thistle (longtime milk stimulation go-tos for breastfeeding moms). This berry, chocolate or citrus flavored all-natural, gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan powdered drink mix (say that five times fast) is delicious and gets the job done. The first of it’s kind, Milkflow is the easiest way to get all the herbs recommended by lactation consultants. Just add it to six to eight ounces of water, twice a day.

Didn't work for me, but had good reviews. Aug 23, 2019

  • I tried using this when my daughter was younger and didn’t notice a huge difference. The taste is not bad for a supplement drink. Aug 16, 2019

  • This definitely helped with my milk production after I returned to work and started pumping for baby everyday. Taste is good and I love the individual packets for ease of use Aug 03, 2019

  • Unfortunately these did not work for me. I ended up giving them to another new mom for her to try and they didn’t work for her either Jul 19, 2019

  • It did not give me the results I was hoping for but I did take this at the beginning of my breastfeeding journey and maybe I would ha e different results in later months Jul 16, 2019

  • There's nothing as awesome as this. I can add it to any liquid and drink it. It helps me generate more milk. It's important in my breastfeeding journey. Jul 10, 2019

Everyone
  • Q: Debating if this is worth it, I'm pretty picky about the flavor of my drinks and am scared I won't be able to get this down. I'm still very interested in trying it.

  • The flavor of the fenugreek one isn't bad, but the vitamin one is kinda icky, in my opinion. If you're having trouble with regular vitamins, I'd give it a try, but if not, probably stick with those. I don't have any trouble with this sort of stuff (no morning sickness at all), but the flavor of the vitamin drink made me feel a bit queasy.

  • For me, not worth it. This is a lot more expensive than the teas and I don't like the flavor as much. I would try the teas first--they're a lot more mild. This is very bitter. If you decide to try it, mixing it with juice water takes the edge off the bitterness. I agree with Angela that the UpSpring vitamin drink is icky.

  • If you mix it with juice its palatable.

  • For me the flavor was fine. It was better with juice for sure!
