Milkflow is a concentrated blend of natural herbal extracts including fenugreek and blessed thistle (longtime milk stimulation go-tos for breastfeeding moms). This berry, chocolate or citrus flavored all-natural, gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan powdered drink mix (say that five times fast) is delicious and gets the job done. The first of it’s kind, Milkflow is the easiest way to get all the herbs recommended by lactation consultants. Just add it to six to eight ounces of water, twice a day.

  • I am so grateful for this product! At 3 weeks pp, my milk supply drastically dropped. After two days of drinking this my milk supply went back up. Since then, any time my milk is low I drink a glass! Oct 12, 2019

I used the chocolate flavor when I was pumping for my twins. It seemed to help. Breastfeeding/pumping didn't last for us, so I gave it to a friend who loved it. Sep 27, 2019

  • Love the selection of drink or pills, but LOVE MORE the effectiveness of increasing milk supply at a decent price! Sep 21, 2019

  • Used for almost three months with no increase in production. Tried all flavors, didn’t care for any. Sep 19, 2019

I loved the taste of these (berry) and really do think they worked for me. On my weekend vacation, baby girl didn't need a formula bottle once! Which was a huge plus! Sep 18, 2019

  • Tasted ok. Took this together with another fenugreek supplement just to make sure it would up my supply. Nothing happened even after my second box. Guess wasn't for me. Sep 10, 2019

  • I have only tried the berry flavor but I have one a day and within a few hours I can feel my milk flow increase. Some people don’t like the taste but I actually thought it tasted pretty good. Sep 10, 2019

  • Chocolate tastes good! Helps increase milk supply some. It does have a strong maple syrup smell. Sep 08, 2019

Everyone
  • Q: Debating if this is worth it, I'm pretty picky about the flavor of my drinks and am scared I won't be able to get this down. I'm still very interested in trying it.

  • The flavor of the fenugreek one isn't bad, but the vitamin one is kinda icky, in my opinion. If you're having trouble with regular vitamins, I'd give it a try, but if not, probably stick with those. I don't have any trouble with this sort of stuff (no morning sickness at all), but the flavor of the vitamin drink made me feel a bit queasy.

  • For me, not worth it. This is a lot more expensive than the teas and I don't like the flavor as much. I would try the teas first--they're a lot more mild. This is very bitter. If you decide to try it, mixing it with juice water takes the edge off the bitterness. I agree with Angela that the UpSpring vitamin drink is icky.

  • If you mix it with juice its palatable.

  • For me the flavor was fine. It was better with juice for sure!
