Milkflow is a concentrated blend of natural herbal extracts including fenugreek and blessed thistle (longtime milk stimulation go-tos for breastfeeding moms). This berry, chocolate or citrus flavored all-natural, gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan powdered drink mix (say that five times fast) is delicious and gets the job done. The first of it’s kind, Milkflow is the easiest way to get all the herbs recommended by lactation consultants. Just add it to six to eight ounces of water, twice a day.

  • It did absolutely nothing to increase my breast milk production. Being unable to breastfeed successfully was so important to me and I was just unable to produce enough and no supplements helped at all Jun 21, 2019

  • Don’t think it really helped Jun 19, 2019

  • The chocolate one actually tastes pretty good mixed with milk (comparable to carnation breakfast). Texture is somewhat gritty but tolerable Jun 10, 2019

  • I used this to boost my milk supply. The taste was fine but the aftertaste was a little funky. It did help with my supply though. May 20, 2019

  • I have these in the chocolate flavor and they are very tasty! I took them a lot when I first started pumping since my milk supply was low. They helped me boost my supply and start a freezer stash! May 15, 2019

  • Wow!! This stuff really worked. I couldn’t believe how much milk I made just 30 minutes or so after drinking it. I mixed the chocolate flavor with vanilla almond milk and it was so delicious! May 14, 2019

  • While I was breastfeeding I used this in the berry flavor and whole it was a little gross due to no sugar I did see an improvement on milk production. Although for me it wasn’t enough to keep buyingit May 05, 2019

  • I was very disappointed in this product. Not only was it disgusting, it didn't work for me. May 04, 2019

It didn’t help my supply but everyone is different! May 03, 2019

  • The chocolate one tastes just like chocolate milk and within a few days, I saw an increase in my milk supply. Great for pumping and when you're away from baby. Mar 26, 2019

  • Q: Debating if this is worth it, I'm pretty picky about the flavor of my drinks and am scared I won't be able to get this down. I'm still very interested in trying it.

  • The flavor of the fenugreek one isn't bad, but the vitamin one is kinda icky, in my opinion. If you're having trouble with regular vitamins, I'd give it a try, but if not, probably stick with those. I don't have any trouble with this sort of stuff (no morning sickness at all), but the flavor of the vitamin drink made me feel a bit queasy.

  • For me, not worth it. This is a lot more expensive than the teas and I don't like the flavor as much. I would try the teas first--they're a lot more mild. This is very bitter. If you decide to try it, mixing it with juice water takes the edge off the bitterness. I agree with Angela that the UpSpring vitamin drink is icky.

  • If you mix it with juice its palatable.

  • For me the flavor was fine. It was better with juice for sure!
