  • I tried these once or twice and while they did their job, they were just very uncomfortable to wear. Dec 20, 2019

  • These were great in the beginning to put in my bra to catch extra let down milk. Saved breast pads plus could store the milk. After I got a Haaka I never used them anymore. Too bulky to wear in public Nov 19, 2019

  • OMG! Must have. When your milk is first coming in these are so much better to collect the milk vs. loosing milk inside of breast pads! I have bought 2 sets for me and everyone I know Mar 01, 2019

  • I regret buying this because It's not something I can wear out of the house and it doesn't do a great job of collecting milk. Aug 28, 2018

I've used one side manual pump. So that's where it was very handy. Since not a drop better be waisted I've used these shells on the opposite of pumping side sand saved a nice amount of milk !!!! Aug 05, 2018

Hated this product! Extremely uncomfortable, especially if you are engorged! They are also very visible underneath clothing. Jan 20, 2018

  • Lifesaver for sore nipples! Nov 30, 2017

  • This is a must have at the beginning. It totally isolated my very sore and cracked nipples while they healed. It also collected all the extra milk due to engorgement. Apr 12, 2017

  • Nice to have.If I can't pump for awhile I'll pop these into my the bra to collect any leaking milk. Or if the baby has gone a long stretch without nursing and then nurses I put one on the other side. Jan 09, 2017

  • These saved my nipples in the sensitive first few weeks of nursing. Sep 25, 2014

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
