  • I can't recommend these enough. They were complete lifesavers in our early breastfeeding days. They gave some "breathing" spaces which made breastfeeding so much more bearable when it was painful Feb 06, 2024

  • Helps heal nipples and prevent flatten of the nipple from the bra to help with latches and flat nipples Sep 23, 2023

  • They leak everywhere. I didn’t have much extra but what I did have leaked out the side. Aug 05, 2023

  • They collect milk without causing pain. I liked them for catching milk while I single pumped Jan 06, 2023

  • These were so great in the newborn stage for leaking. Dec 09, 2022

  • Love these especially in the first few months when your nipples are sore. Must have. Nov 18, 2022

  • These are fine. I like that I could collect milk and use it rather than wasting it in a bra pad, but I much preferred the ones from Elvie. Oct 18, 2022

  • These were a lifesaver postpartum for nipple soreness Feb 21, 2022

  • Definitely not for milk saving. Due to the holes on the top, you can't put them down without using 2 hands if you want to have any hope of putting your milk into a bottle. Jan 04, 2022

  • Hard plastic in contact with sensitive aureola skin make these a no go for me. Silicone contact surface could have been more comfortable Dec 12, 2021

  • these saved me from intense pain and discomfort. They didnt always stay in place but when I was newly breasfeeding it was the best relief for me. Jul 20, 2021

  • These were more of a pain than they were worth. Always messy and difficult to clean. I'm going to pass on these and opt for the Hakka Ladybug this time around! Jul 15, 2021

  • These leak and the foam inserts are such an absurd thing! I’m really not sure how the foam would even come clean, so I never used it. Jul 11, 2021

  • Cumbersome and would push into the breast when getting full but did work well to allow some air. Jun 29, 2021

  • I prefer using the Haaka. Jun 09, 2021

    • Laura W.
    • Sacramento, California

I bought these thinking I would need them but turns out I never did. I’m sure they would work in the correct situation however I never needed them. May 31, 2021

Needed at the beginning of the BF journey so you don't leak everywhere and you save the milk you are usually leaking Apr 22, 2021

  • These saved me during the first 6 weeks of nursing. My nipples were cracked, and the LC said these were the best to apply lanolin and allow your nipples to breathe without rubbing it off. Mar 29, 2021

  • I loved the concept of these! They helped wear clothes when my boobs were extra painful but I felt like the sponge wasn’t sanitary enough after a few uses so I just opted to stop using them. Mar 04, 2021

  • Never used these; they didn't seem comfortable. Feb 05, 2021

  • These were really helpful when I had thrush to allow airflow around my nipple. Also, it felt nice to not have anything right up against the nipple. Jan 25, 2021

  • These helped so much as my nipples were healing in between each pumping session every 3 hours. Jan 22, 2021

Used when had an issue with nipples and helped with rubbing on shirts. Kinda awkward based on a c cup chest size. Jan 18, 2021

  • Don't think it's a huge necessity. Would have rather used something like the hakka. Sep 25, 2020

  • Great for the first few weeks at home when everything is sore. Also good for helping heal nipple damage. Sep 16, 2020

    • Megan D.
    • Johnson City, Tennessee

Used before giving birth for about two months to help inverted nipples. Aug 22, 2020

  • Do not recommend for inverted nipples. Painful to wear for long periods of time and caused a lot more irritation than without them. Jul 22, 2020

  • Milkflow Lactation Cookies

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
