Would not have survived without these! Mar 25, 2020

  • Such. A. Life. Saver. I got a free sample from the hospital and bought them for both babies for those early days of painful nursing. They’re simple, stay in place, and so relieving. Feb 19, 2020

  • These were so nice the first few weeks of breastfeeding to use in between feeds! Feb 08, 2020

  • They didn't stay put so were kind of useless. Jan 21, 2020

  • Great for those first days or weeks of adjusting. They are truly soothing. I recommend this to all momma friends that want to try nursing. Jan 03, 2020

  • LOVE. These hydrogel pads are fantastic! They are super cooling and hydrating. Just what you need for those days early on. All breastfeeding mamas need these. Oct 22, 2019

These were amazing for a first time mom who was struggling with breast feeding! I used them regularly for the first couple of weeks when nursing was extremely painful! Oct 08, 2019

  • These gel pads are amazing! I even cut them in half to maximize on their use. Sep 27, 2019

  • NIPPLE SAVER! Only took one use to have relief from sore, cracked nipples. They stay on and are goof for up to 24 hours AND are re-usable. Definitely a MUST when you want to give Lanolin a break. Sep 07, 2019

Helped me a lot to ease the pain during the first two weeks of breastfeeding Aug 15, 2019

  • Awesome with wounds developed during breast feeding (fissures, etc). Mar 19, 2019

  • I feel these did nothing to help me and having to wash them after each use was difficult with a newborn Feb 25, 2019

  • Bought, used once, was totally useless for me. They didn’t help relieve any discomfort and didn’t stick as well as the ones I got from the hospital (not sure what brand those were). Feb 07, 2019

  • Did not help with the pain. Jan 19, 2019

  • A nurse gave me some of these while I was in the hospital. They soothed my sore cracked nipples amazingly. They stopped my clothes from rubbing and they were kinda cold which felt great. Jan 09, 2019

  • I was given these to try at home from the hospital. They were amazing. Completely soothes my peeling nipples. Ok Dec 31, 2018

  • Waste of money. The relief is short lived and they don’t stay sticky for long either. Dec 13, 2018

  • Lasts 2 days so stock up on these in hospital cause they're pricey. Skip lanolin and use these for nipple soreness or cuts. These stick to breast so not great with scabs. Ameda don't stick. Nov 15, 2018

  • These were used only for a short period of time while my nipples got used to breast feeding again. They worked really well. Nov 06, 2018

I followed the instructions on the box and still don't understand how they were supposed to soothe. The box says it's reusable, but once you take it off, it doesn't really get sticky again. Oct 27, 2018

  • This nursing pads provided initial comfort for me when first beginning to nurse my son. They provide a cooling sensation and extra protection between clothing for reduced irritation. Oct 09, 2018

I liked these when I needed them, but I hated having to clean my nipples after using them each time. Jul 24, 2018

  • For the short time I was breast feeding my daughter, these were a lifesaver! The cooling gel pads are reusable, they do stick but not in the way you would think. Absolute must have for BF moms! Jul 18, 2018

  • These were great when my nipples were cracked and sore! Just refrigerate and stick on! I was pleasantly surprised how well they stayed on and you can rinse and reuse Jun 25, 2018

  • I found these to be a necessity for the first couple weeks nursing as you are often sore. These were cool and soothing and helped me get through the first days of nursing Jun 25, 2018

  • I got these from the hospital when I gave birth. They were fine but they laid flat rather than conformed to my breast and didn't help too much bc I had more serious issues. Jun 18, 2018

  • Not worth the money unless you cut them up to make more to use. Apr 20, 2018

  • Is reusable to a point! Not the best but does help! Apr 09, 2018

  • I highly recommend these for when your nipples are sore from use. You get these cooling sensation without ice or a chemical concoction, just hydrogel. And they’re reusable. Apr 07, 2018

These were great when I was first nursing. Gave me instant relief. Mar 03, 2018

  • My nurses gave me a pair after my son's birth. They were really nice and relieving, but I feel like they're a little too expensive. Feb 13, 2018

    • Sarah R.
    • Santa cruz, California

Wasn’t able to find the utility in these. Feb 12, 2018

  • They didn't stay put very well and to be honest, I didn't feel like they provided much extended relief beyond a cooling sensation during the initial application. Feb 06, 2018

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
