This is perfect for helping my little one get a good latch in the beginning of our breastfeeding journey. It made the nipple more prominent and also collected some milk to entice baby to latch. May 06, 2022

  • I used one in the first few days of attempting to breastfeed due to slightly inverted nipples and it definitely helped. I was unable to continue BF so I can't speak for its durability. Jun 17, 2020

  • This helped me start my breastfeeding journey. My daughter could not latch and these helped her out so much. Jan 24, 2020

Helped me tremendously during my breastfeeding journey. Dec 19, 2019

  • It was kind of helpful but by the time I’d use it and try to get my baby to latch my nipples would flatten out again. I ended up using a breast shield since my nipples were so flat. Jun 20, 2019

  • This is great for correcting the shape of the nipples for a proper latch. I had such a hard time with latching at the hospital that a nurse had to bring this in and the problem was solved. Feb 28, 2019

  • Had this and tried it....not totally in love. My kiddo had lip/tongue tie and kind of helped, but made my milk start spilling out of me and just a mess Oct 28, 2018

  • This is a great tool for early infants who have a difficulty latching to a more flat nipple. It helps your baby locate their "landing site" with ease during the early training process. Oct 09, 2018

Used it a couple of times. It works as expected. Mar 24, 2018

  • This really helped Lyra latch onto my nipples Mar 22, 2018

  • works much better than a shield to get the baby to latch straight onto the breast Mar 07, 2018

  • It didn't work for me, but I'm sure it works for others. I wish it had for me. Oct 25, 2017

  • So incredibly helpful in getting started with breast feeding with most "problem" nipples. Quick and easy to use with a little carrying case for on the go. Jul 26, 2017

  • Works great to pull nipple out if nipples are flat or inverted. Feb 14, 2017

  • These were great for drawing my nipple out to help baby latch better. Jan 23, 2017

  • Ithe worked to pull the nipples out, but would have been more useful if I had know abut these before giving birth so I could prepare with these instead of struggling in the hospital Jan 13, 2017

  • This helped with getting my baby to latch. Jan 01, 2017

  • Neat. Helped with my nipples which got flat during pregnancy. Oct 22, 2014

  • needed in the beginning when my caughter would not nurse Apr 24, 2014

  • This worked great when first trying to get new baby to latch on. Oct 19, 2013

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
