This super lightweight, easy-to-set-up (just 15 seconds!) travel crib actually folds small enough to fit in the overhead compartment of an airplane, and it’s got backpack straps so you can tote it wherever you go. It converts to a rocking bassinet so perfect for at-home use from the earliest days, and it’s side-zip means it also can be used as a play area for an older toddler.

The Catch: Parents complained about the excessive amount of velcro tabs needed to secure the mattress.

  • Love the backpack feature, safe materials and features like the zip entrance, optional sunshade etc. More versatile than the one we have and can go on fun adventures out and about with us. Aug 16, 2019

  • best travel crib once baby is too large for a bassinet. the zipper allows child to move in and out while playing, but it’s also great for parents of kids that still need a little help to get to sleep Aug 03, 2019

  • easy to setup and tear down, transportable in a great carry bag. will be bringing this on a flight to the grandparent's house this summer Aug 01, 2019

  • We upgraded to the Lotus from a standard play yard since we travel. Extremely lightweight and the backpack feature is fantastic to keep hands free. Longer mattress than standard lasts for older kids. Jul 28, 2019

  • I wish I bought this sooner!!! Folds so small and into its own backpack! Great for parents on the go! So light and my son loooves it. I even brought it to the drive in with me to watch movies Jul 19, 2019

  • Bjorn and Guava are both great travel cribs. We prefer the backpack carry of Guava over Bjorn and zip down of Guava to access baby for feeding/changing. Save your back and get the Guava. Jul 17, 2019

  • So easy to travel with as the bag is a backpack. Seriously compact and lightweight! I also love that everything is washable including the entire mesh perimeter. Jul 17, 2019

  • We just got this and I wish we'd gotten it sooner! Super lightweight, easy to set up and tear down. Mattress is comfortable, and I love the zip-down side so I can lay in there with him! Jun 28, 2019

This is our new playspace, nap area, etc. I love that we are able to leave the side open to sit and play with him or to comfort him when taking a quick nap. Easy set-up! Jun 16, 2019

  • Absolutely love this for travel. Much more comfortable than a regular pack and play and folds up much better. Jun 12, 2019

  • We purchased this with the bassinet addition for traveling, it was perfect when our baby was younger! Easy to travel with, fits seamlessly in an airplane overhead bin, and it’s not too heavy or bulky. Jun 10, 2019

  • Great for travel, easy to set up, comfortable to carry. I just wish the sheets weren’t so pricey. All in all I’d say it’s worth the hype. Jun 05, 2019

The thing I love most about this is that there are no flame retardants in this which is very important for the health of my baby. Additionally it folds up easily and compact with a carry bag. Jun 03, 2019

Everyone
  • Q: I would like to be able to move this between rooms and also between floors of the house. Will it fit through doorways? Thank you!

    asked by Nina D. - Mar 19, 2014

  • It might take some maneuvering. The good thing is it's really light, but the mattress takes a little time to Velcro to the base, which you wouldn't want to have to do often. I would suggest checking the measurements against your doors to be sure.

    Roslyn L. - Mar 19, 2014

  • Yes, absolutely. It folds in seconds and is very light weight!
