Made w/ 99% water, hypoallergenic, & fragrance free -- were the TOP phrases that tempted me to try these. My son had a bad reaction from a top leading brand that claimed to be "free & clear". Happy to report that these allowed his rash flair up to heal and are the only wipes we use on him. They clean up nicely. Don't tear easily or pill. Aren't overly saturated. Unscented.
