Was great for the first 2 years then both parent and baby units started acting up. Charging cradle lost sensitivity and the sounds emitting from baby unit static-y and crackly. Thankfully it comes with a 3 year warranty. Customer service is responsive and easy to deal with. (Aug 04, 2019)
