  • I pair this with my baby Buddha and have loved it so far. Only negative is the flanges it come with are way too big for most mother and if you bend over your milk will spill. Other than that I love. Jul 16, 2023

  • used these with my spectra and loved it. Apr 19, 2023

  • Loved these when I breast fed. Worked with my other pump. No issues. Great when multitasking. Only downfall for me was sometimes spilling some or leakage when removing from breast. Aug 10, 2022

Paired with my insurance covered cordless pump. It was definitely better than the standard for discreet pumping but hard to position right and a pain to clean. May 26, 2021

  • If you have a regular pump and are looking for a more hands free option this is a great choice. I noticed a reduction in suction strength though compared to normal flanges. Jan 23, 2021

Loved these! I was an exclusive pumper and these were a lifesaver. I was able to pump at work, in the car, around the house, anywhere without anybody noticing Dec 22, 2020

  • LOVE the Freemie cups SO MUCH. My breastfeeding journey was made possible by these cups. I was able to continue pumping while working and feel MUCH less guilty about how often I pumped! Sep 11, 2020

Definitely not "concealable". These make you look like Pamela Anderson. The cups are HUGE. They work OK if you don't move. But any slight movement caused milk to get sucked up into the tubes. Jul 30, 2020

These worked so great for me! Used with Freemie Independence pump so I was able to still take care of my baby while pumping. This allowed me to exclusively pump. Apr 26, 2020

  • I used these with the portable Spectra pump. They were the only reason why I was able to pump for a year. Game changer! Nov 29, 2019

  • Although this has a lot of tubing, this lets me be even more mobile. It’s as discreet as you can be when it comes to pumping and stores up to 8oz each. Super handy and makes pumping less of a hassle. Jul 11, 2019

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
