The timer/dial broke after 2-3 weeks of usage. Also (despite descaling treatments as referenced in the instructions) grime buildups on the warming plate and leaves a nasty residue. Jan 21, 2021

As everyone knows Dr. Brown bottles are great but have so many pieces with small nooks and crannies to clean. This sterilizer gives me piece of mind that the bottles and parts are clean and safe.
