  • So convenient and easy to use, definitely recommend this for working moms. I like that there’s not too many parts to wash. Make sure to find your right shield size, makes a big difference May 15, 2022

Love that I can attend work meetings while using this and no one knows! I don't love the app and also don't love that it takes 40 minutes to pump. May 07, 2022

  • I wanted to LOVE this - but I just get far less milk using this than I do with my Spectra. I still use it for convenience, but if I want a good pump I turn to my Spectra. Apr 20, 2022

  • These were super convenient when I went back to work because I work in a preschool. They are quiet and worked well for me. They do have a learning curve, but once figured out they work great. Apr 18, 2022

I tested a lot of pumps and this by far is the superior product! The app doesn’t really track output well but this is discrete and comfortable. Mar 12, 2022

Has broken twice on me in five months. Customer service is responsive but who has time for broken breast pumps. Feb 27, 2022

  • A necessity for being able to get work done but I cannot move around like it is advertised for. I also have issues with it leaking and the suction isn't great sometimes. Feb 22, 2022

  • These work great for nurses! My one and only issue is that the release buttons make it look like your nipples are erect if your bra isn't thick enough lol. But I didn't mind. Perfect on the go pumps Feb 17, 2022

  • It’s a good pump and it works pretty well, I just wish it had more space for milk and it could have stronger suction options as well. Jan 10, 2022

  • Very pricy but if you are adamant about breastfeeding, it is a must being a working mom. It has saved my breastfeeding journey. I am able to pump frequently and keep up my supply. Dec 07, 2021

  • Very easy to use, love the fact that I can get things done around the house while pumping. Dec 06, 2021

  • Hands free pumping makes a world of difference! I thought I loved my spectra and then I got the Elvie. Only downside is positioning on the breast can be tricky since you can't see through them. Dec 02, 2021

  • Excellent wearable pump. Worth the price! Nov 28, 2021

  • This pump is a middle of the night lifesaver! It’s incredibly convenient for nighttime pumping without any chords or waking your partner. Nov 09, 2021

  • I did okay with this pump but not great. I purchased to save time pumping for newborn while also taking care of a 2 yr old but I spent more time troubleshooting than pumping. Nov 03, 2021

  • I actually use this pump everyday. It is nice because I ca virtually do anything while pumping and the charge is amazing. BUT it does occasionally leak which I hate. You have to be mostly upright. Oct 15, 2021

My FAVORITE pump!! It’s so convenient and allows me to get things done today while still pumping. Perfect any mom Oct 13, 2021

  • Pros: Freedom!!!! Easy to clean. Quiet. Kind of discreet. Cons: Need to purchase extra flanges and collection cups. Expensive. Can be pinchy when holding baby. Can't bend, tilt, shake around. Oct 05, 2021

  • So convenient! Simple to use, wonderful if u don’t want to be tied to a cord. It will leak if u bend. I’ve gotten used to squatting! Sep 26, 2021

  • I was an under producer so I had to constantly pump to get my supply up, being able to be mobile while pumping was a game changer, I'll never go back to the wall pump. Sep 14, 2021

  • Yes yes and yes! One of the best things we bought! Gives you free hands, allows the phone to track how much milk has been pumped! Aug 18, 2021

I love the concept of my Elvie and maybe this was my fault but I had so much letdown from the other breast that I lost a lot of milk with the single pump. Also the App was glitchy. Aug 12, 2021

  • Breastfeeding game changer! This is one of my most favorite baby items. Being able to wear it and it be virtually silent is amazing. My son was in the NICU and I could pump anywhere. Must have! Aug 11, 2021

  • Eh it was alright in an emergency but I preferred to hand pump. They just had too many issues for me. Leaking and not being able to get them on right Aug 06, 2021

I used this as my primary pump for 2 months. The Elvie is small & cordless but, incorrectly measures amount pumped. It does not fully empty breasts, looses suction often & stops when you lean over. Jul 22, 2021

  • Two weeks PP I bought this pump and it was a game changer. A lot less painful compared to my spectra and easier. The only issue I had was it would spill over if I bent down. Will use again next baby. Jul 21, 2021

  • $500 I will never get back. I have elastic nipples and within 5 mins of pumping my nipple is blocking the holes to create suction. Becaus of this I lost milk production. Also not silent like marketed Jul 11, 2021

  • I have a love/hate relationship with my elvies. They allowed me to pump while driving and when the LO would sleep on me, but leaked whenever I moved. Kind of defeated the purpose of a wearable pump. Jul 10, 2021

  • Game changer for those of us who have to pump while driving. Jun 28, 2021

I love using this pump while on the go - it's very discreet and portable. Unfortunately, do not get as much output as my Spectra S1 (primary pump) and have had frequent issues with suction/leakage. Jun 09, 2021

  • I love this pump! It’s so perfect because I can just place it in my bra and not have to worry about holding it or manually pumping it! Highly recommend to anyone breast pumping! Jun 04, 2021

  • Had a electric corded pump and hated it so I gave in and purchased the elvie. Game changer. Love that I can move around and even leave the house. Worth the price. May 26, 2021

  • Did not like this pumps. Output was so low compared to spectra s2 and they are mobile but can't really do much because they leak way to much with pretty much any movement. Not worth the money. May 23, 2021

  • A must have if you are going to be an exclusive pumper having the freedom to go out to run errands or to travel, I’ve started using this as my main pump and so far no regrets I haven’t seen a decrease May 18, 2021

  • I was so excited about these pumps, but disappointed after purchasing them. I did not get as much milk when pumping as my normal pump. Apr 28, 2021

  • This pump was a life saver with a newborn and a toddler to chase, simply not being tied to the wall made this pump amazing, I was able to change a diaper and get my toddler a water or snack Apr 14, 2021

  • I really loved my elvie with my first child. It's hard to beat the convenience of a pump like this plus you do not have to keep buying bags. However, the pump did leak at times and didn't always work. Apr 10, 2021

  • By far the best baby product that I have bought thus far! The Elvie saved my breastfeeding journey! I literally pump everywhere, in the car, out to eat. I can’t say enough good things about the Elvie! Apr 08, 2021

  • Great hands free option for pumping, but there is a learning curve. I'm able to move around and snack haha. Join the facebook group for helpful tips a tricks. Mar 31, 2021

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
