  • This worked fine, but it was a lot messier than I anticipated. Fairly thin. I ended up with a spray option I liked better. Jul 29, 2023

  • This was so messy. It was like lint sticking to slime. Everything would get on my nipples. It was also a pain to wash it off every time. I couldn't do that during work. Jan 23, 2023

  • The tube just didn't work. The formulation contains large chunks (due to coconut oil I suspect) that get stuck. Mine exploded on me multiple times because I had to squeeze so hard to get any out. Jul 10, 2021

  • This made pumping much more comfortable. It does get a little gritty/thick if it gets cold, and REALLY runny if it gets warm. Jan 25, 2021

  • Makes pumping much more comfortable in a natural way. Jul 16, 2020

  • I kept this on my nipples 24/7. Never had any cracking. Jun 10, 2020

This did ease pumping. a good lubricant but it’s messy. It’s nice to not have to use finger to apply balm but it squeezes out of tube too fast and leaves grease all over clothing/bras/rocking chair. Apr 12, 2020

  • Bought the entire line of Bamboobies nursing on a sale. Can't wait to start using it (will update the review once start using it!) Apr 06, 2020

  • I really like these. Feb 17, 2020

  • Product is a little oily, but necessary as a lubricant. Really helps with pumping sessions and comfort level, especially early one when establishing supply. Feb 12, 2020

Loved! Made using that horrible pump comfortable. No need to wash off. Easy to use tube. Apr 26, 2019

  • This lanolin is very oily and stains if you get it on your clothes or you use washable nursing pads. Jan 13, 2019

  • This keeps everything slippery and smooth to prevent chafing while pumping. Plus is it coconut based instead of their nipple cream which is olive oil based Jan 03, 2019

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
