Life Factory glass bottles are a safe, sturdy alternative to plastic. Made from the highest quality, thermal shock resistant borosilicate glass, these beloved bottles can do it all. The colorful silicone sleeves provide a good gripping surface for little hands and protect against tumbles and drops. When your baby is over bottles, simply swap out the nipples for sippy cup tops. All components are BPA- and phthalate-free, and transition safely from freezer to boiling water.

The Catch: Because they’re made of glass, they’re heavy for a baby or toddler to hold.

  • I love that this bottle is glass so I don't have to worry about toxic chemicals, but it seems like it needs a vent to prevent bubbles. Overall, the bottle is quality but probably not best for newborns Nov 05, 2019

  • I wanted a glass bottle that wasn't going to break. Easy to clean and transitional to sippy nozzle was a plus. Oct 11, 2019

  • Love how easy this is to clean. Sleeve comes off bottle easy but doesn't have to be removed to wash. Bottle is heavy but very durable. Oct 11, 2019

  • These are our favorite bottles! I love that they are glass (no plastic), but the silicone cover protects it. Oct 01, 2019

Glass, which is inert and does not leach chemicals, has very protective silicone sheath- dropped numerous times with no breakage. Don’t like nipples, but use Dr Brown’s, which fit perfectly. Sep 16, 2019

  • I love the glass and the cover, unfortunately my baby doesn’t like the nipple and it leaks. Aug 26, 2019

  • I so wanted my baby to like these when on the hunt for a glass bottle. Unfortunately she did not like the nipple. I also think they are a little too pricey compared to what we eventually found Aug 09, 2019

  • Like this bottle, easy to clean and seems easy for baby to hold. My only concern is maybe the weight is bit heavy for my baby to hold as well as accidentally dropping on her face. Jul 10, 2019

Have these in the larger size - in 3 colors. They have not broken yet even when angry daughter throws them on the ground! Jul 09, 2019

We have 5 lifefactory bottles and love them! May be challenging if using formula scoop but we have a formula dispenser so no issue. No leaks. Solid bottle that withstands it all! Expensive though. Jun 16, 2019

Life Factory Glass bottles were one of 2 glass options we tried with our first. We LOVE that the silicone sleeve is already on and that there are no extra parts. Our toddler still uses hers 3 years in Jun 16, 2019

  • We live these bottles! I enjoy the peace of mind knowing I’m not heating up plastic and then using it to feed my baby. Great quality, we have never had one break, and we have had them for 5 years! Jun 09, 2019

  • I pump directly into the 4 oz bottle and it saves us time doing dishes. Plus I feel better with baby drinking out of glass and she’s been able to drink out of them without any issues. Jun 05, 2019

  • My newborn took these bottles very well even while still breastfeeding. I have bought other bottles that are supposed to be more like a boob, however, my baby prefers this bottle over them all. May 07, 2019

  • These have passed the test of time and have been thrown on the floor, both hard and carpet, daily. They really hold up well and I love that I can fell good about using glass instead of plastic. May 07, 2019

  • Love love love these! I got rid of all my plastic for these glass bottles. They are a little pricey. But they go from bottle to sippy cup to a water bottle with the different tops you can buy Apr 26, 2019

  • I feel safe heating these up since they are glass. I've dropped it several times and they don't break. Nipple is a little faster flow than I liked for a small baby though. Feb 25, 2019

Everyone
  • Q: Do these bottles leak? We are currently using Dr. Browns and they are always leaking in my diaper bag of if they topple over somewhere.

    asked by Caroline D. - Aug 25, 2015

  • We haven't had any issues. Little Man walks all around with them, tipping them upside down. The lid has a nice snap to it as well.

    Alexandria D. - Aug 25, 2015

  • We never had a problem with leaking unless the nipple was old/started to tear. They are the best but will definitely be heavier in your bag than other brands.

    Britt P. - Aug 25, 2015

  • We've never had issues with leaking. The collars fit snugly. Liquid may come out of the Stage 3 nipples if turned upside down but the bottles come with small discs you can insert instead of the nipple if you are traveling somewhere with a full bottle and the bottle might flip around in transit.

    Elizabeth P. - Aug 26, 2015

  • I never had any issues with spillage, leakage or bottle breakage and I have been using them for quite some time now.

    Martha R. - Aug 26, 2015

  • Only with the sippy cup adapter and if not using the silicone piece that comes with that. My son has a hard time sucking when that silicone is inside of the sippy cup thingy so we have removed it. Because of that, we do experience leaks if the bottle is tilted or put upside down.

    Verena S. - Aug 26, 2015

  • Q: Does it really not break if dropped from table / high-chair height?

    asked by Colin B. - Mar 24, 2014

  • We drop them on a daily basis and haven't lost a single bottle yet. No issues on wood, tile--even concrete.

    Britt P. - Mar 24, 2014

  • We've only broken one, and that rolled out of the back of our Volvo and onto pavement. Have never had an issue indoors, after 2.5 years of use.

    Allyson D. - Mar 24, 2014

  • No breakage as of yet! They are really sturdy find the silicon sleeve is her protective. No worries!
