I rarely use this on my nipples anymore although I did at the beginning. I now use it on my very dry cracked lips and it’s amazing for that. Oct 13, 2022

  • I recommend this to all of my breastfeeding friends. This helped me heal from all my cracked nipples. I can honestly say that without this cream I probably would've given up on nursing altogether Jul 13, 2022

Soothing for sore nipples. Jun 17, 2022

  • I prefer this brand to Lanolin. The consistency is good and it gets the job done but I have switched to an organic, more natural option. Oct 17, 2021

  • I liked this product for the early days, but it does stain so be sure to wear pads or a shirt you don't care much for. When pumping, I preferred to line my flanges with coconut oil instead. Sep 18, 2021

This is a bit easier to spread on than the Lansinoh lanolin, which I like. The tube is much larger for comparable size too. Mar 26, 2019

  • This is the best. Swore by it at the beginning of my breastfeeding journey and still use it occasionally now—even seven months later. A must have for every breastfeeding mom. Feb 13, 2019

  • This product was long lasting and made a drastic difference when i was nursing my babies! Jan 01, 2019

  • Lansinoh makes a better lanolin that is whiter and less watery, but ultimately I prefer the hydrogel pads for faster healing of sore or injured nipples. Nov 15, 2018

  • For first time breastfeeding mom, this cream is a big helper for healing crack nipples Oct 19, 2018

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.

  • Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods
  • weeThink

Moms are all about multi-tasking (just ask anyone who can fold laundry, while doing an Amazon Prime order, while playing peek-a-boo with the baby.) Luckily, here's a way to get multiple things done at once, with a lot less juggling...

UpSpring Milkflow Coffee Pods give nursing women a much-needed caffeine fix—along with milk-boosting duo fenugreek and blessed thistle—in just one cup of joe. A lactation supplement in easy-to-brew coffee? Yes, please!

Compatible with most Keurig K-Cup coffee makers, each pod serves 55mg of caffeine and 450mg of Fenugreek to help establish or increase a healthy milk supply (hello, growth spurts!). All ingredients are natural, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And don't worry—the pods themselves are made with mother (earth) in mind, too. They're 100% compostable, 100% plant-based, and BPA-free.

Ready to pop in a pod and get back to that master multi-tasking? Because there's a diaper bag to be packed + car keys to be found.
