  • I love the idea of the cord free on the go design i had the 3.0 and as convenient as it was, i had both the milk storage containers and the bags, both you run into issues. Hard to clean, or air in bag Feb 24, 2023

  • It has a constant suction onto you which I didn't mind it is different than an average pump. I just wish they were more reasonably priced. Feb 21, 2023

  • Super expensive and they absolutely do not accept any type of return if it doesn’t work out for you early on. Once you open the box it’s yours until you die. Hard to resell Feb 17, 2023

Huge huge waste of money. I barely used these and they didn't even last. Not worth the hype...or money. Feb 15, 2023

  • I liked the Willow but didn't love using the bags and didn't feel that the containers gave as good of suction. Feb 13, 2023

    • North pole, New Mexico

It is a very expensive product. Suction is not good. Is not good with elastic nipples. Feb 11, 2023

  • Pump can't read the fleextubes unless I lean all the way down. I can't even get an oz after pumping for over 30 mins no matter what I do. The product is over price for no reason. Feb 06, 2023

  • I have Willow Go's... Used it 3 times and motor gave out. Customer service is good and replaced them. Used again and it is hit or miss and would affect my supply and give me clogs. Feb 06, 2023

  • Could never get a good latch, and you cant remove to adjust latch or it shuts off. Feb 02, 2023

  • Worked for the first 2 months then I begin to have endless problems that I'm currently still dealing with. I can no longer get the suction past 3. Willow team is supportive an will help. Feb 01, 2023

  • Overall it was a good pump. I just hated the bags because I had an oversupply and it would not empty me without having to switch the bags. Jan 23, 2023

  • Works great. Took time to learn and adjust. I only pump 2-3 times a day and EBF. Strength is good for me small nipples, had to get interests. Bags are expensive. Dec 26, 2022

  • I worked really hard to make these work for me but my output was too low with them. The suction if different from normal pumps and takes time to adjust to.Instead I have the Willow Gos now and love it Dec 24, 2022

Really wish I could afford to get the 2.0 version of this with the milk containers! Dec 22, 2022

  • These were expensive. I loved the concept but they malfunctioned so much that they caused me more stress than good . I do not suggest this product. Oct 31, 2022

  • I am back and forth on this one. 95% of the times I use it it’s so uncomfortable that I regret spending $500+ on this! But the convenience makes it indispensable. Oct 05, 2022

  • Good: 1.mobility- you could walk around with it, but can’t bend over when wearing containers. You could seal them for a moment and bend over or just bend your knees. 2. It pumps a decent amount Sep 28, 2022

  • This is a hands free lifesaver I love my willow and their support team is AMAZING. I love not having to be stuck to an outlet. Sep 13, 2022

  • Did not like. Kept leaking. Didn’t hold enough milk and was hard to wear. It was hard to clean with all the crevices. Would not recommend. Aug 29, 2022

  • This pump is definitely not discreet. It makes your breasts so big and it is loud. I use it but I honestly wish I would’ve gotten the Elvie. They are finicky and honestly a pain in the butt. Aug 07, 2022

  • For my 3rd baby I loved the idea of hands free pumping, but the Willow fell short. I get quite a bit less output than my Spectra and more clogged ducts. I might try the new Willow Go. Aug 05, 2022

  • These are a lifesaver! There was a steep learning curve for me but after I got it down I was able to use for almost 2 years of pumping. These pumps supplemented my heavier hospital grade pump. Jul 29, 2022

  • I loved my Willow, especially the option to pump into bags or containers! I would pump at work while charting, driving, even doing house work! It does have a learning curve & will hurt your nipples. Jul 16, 2022

  • I found myself only using this pump at night and a few times while working. The few times I did use it, the pump was amazing! I'm a 36 D and it fit very comfortably. I barely noticed it was on! Jul 09, 2022

  • There is a steep learning curve with this pump. Overall it is fantastic and a good hands free option, but it can be hard to adjust to. Jul 03, 2022

  • I never got this pump to work for me. It was too painful to use and I know I was sized properly. I really wanted it work but I sold it after 2 months. It looked to bulky to use in public. Jun 21, 2022

  • I enjoy the convenience and being able to use bags or containers. But the output seems to be inconsistent and I hate how large it is. There’s also a big learning curve for the price tag May 27, 2022

  • I love having the ability to manage my twins while they’re awake and still pump. The pump can be glitchy at times so I’ve wasted 5-10 minutes trying to get it to work during my pump time at work. May 16, 2022

  • Works well but the accessories are sold separately and are expensive. The storage bags are pretty much sold out in stores right now and the places that do have them are charging .75-1.00 per bag May 07, 2022

  • Makes pumping so much easier, yes there is a learning curve, but there are resources to help. I chose this over selfie because of the bags. With the bags you can bend over w/o spillage! Mar 30, 2022

  • This is a great option for the moon on the go. There is a learning curve to get going which can be frustrating. Feb 28, 2022

  • I was very nervous to order this expensive pump. I did not respond to freemie cups at all. But I absolutely love it ! The suction is great, so convenient and the app is so user friendly and helpful. Feb 21, 2022

  • This is an essential for me. I have used this when we have company and also when out and about. Breastfeeding can be isolating, especially if you are having to pump to try to build supply. Feb 21, 2022

    • Lana H.
    • Greenville, South Carolina

This pump made exclusively pumping possible. I tried other pumps, but this was by far my favorite. The convenience and freedom make the price tag well worth it. Feb 20, 2022

  • Very hard to position correctly, only held 4oz per bag, and got expensive with all the bags required. Feb 01, 2022

  • Too many parts that are too expensive. Jan 22, 2022

  • I had gen 1 with my first and gen 3 with my second. This is the only way my kids were able to have breast milk after I went back to work. They are expensive but worth it if you need to pump discreetly Jan 16, 2022

  • I love this for convenience, but price is steep and the output was less than my Spectra pump. Jan 12, 2022

    • Nikki W.
    • South Fulton, Tennessee

Love this pump. Very convenient. Jan 06, 2022

    • Da O.
    • Keenesburg, Colorado

I don't love it but I don't hate it. The amount of money I spent on this guy I wish it was "better." I did use it when I was traveling and for that I am grateful. I did not get the output I expected. Dec 29, 2021

  • This is the most leaky pump on the market. It barely empties your breast and waste milk everywhere. GO WITH ELVIE Dec 08, 2021

  • I wanted to love my willow. It's convenient. But I have large breasts and over produce which don't work well with the willow. I also spend way too much time troubleshooting this pump Dec 03, 2021

  • I was working in a hospital and used these all the time while working. I also have used them on trains. Super portable, easy to clean since the milk is going in a bag. Nov 20, 2021

  • weeThink

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
