I spent almost $1,000 for these & accessories and bags. They hurt because the motor is so heavy hanging from each boob, and it never failed that one wouldn’t work so I had to pump 1 side theb switch May 10, 2024

I have no regrets about getting a Willow. I’m able to pump while on the go without a manual pump or outlet. I recommend getting the reusable containers over the bags. Mar 06, 2024

Great for a mom on the go if using the bags they are spill proof!! Expensive and you need to be sized exactly for them to work well! Mar 05, 2024

  • I loved my wearable breast pumps. Only way I was able to keep up with pumping at work that first year. I seriously could not have survived without these. Feb 25, 2024

  • I would not have made it through working 12 hour shifts without this pump. I literally have done CPR with no leaks. It can be a learning curve, but is worth it Jan 27, 2024

I don’t recommend it right after post partum. It’s tricky to understand and takes practice. It’s great for going back to work after time taken with leave and supply has established but so many problem Jan 26, 2024

  • Regret spending the money. Customer service has been nice and pumps work with the bags but not the containers which I purchased to save money from buying the bags. Go with a cheaper wearable pump! Dec 30, 2023

  • I have these and used them a ton. You cant really do 'anything' with them on but they are far more flexible than the wired pumps Dec 15, 2023

  • While not as powerful as my plug-in pump, this is a good alternative for when you need to pump and get other activities done. The 360 degree leak proof usage is this pump's top feature! Nov 26, 2023

  • I love that with my Willow 3.0 I am able to do things around the house. I find to be much more uncomfortable than the Medela Symphony I have rented from the hospital. Nov 06, 2023

  • It took some getting used to but I love the handsfree. Its quiet, comfortable, easy to use with the app. Not a fan of unlatching, I've spilled a couple times. But other than that I love it! Oct 24, 2023

Love this pump! Be careful when on the go because if they are exposed to even a bit of water they go dead. I had to get replacements. I love the pumping and how it connects to the app. Great pump! Oct 24, 2023

  • In the beginning the 3.0 was a great pump, however with continued firmware updates the pumps are no longer reliable to use because of constant errors as well as faster battery drainage. Oct 08, 2023

  • They're very convenient for when you need to be somewhat discrete or very mobile. I however would not use as my daily pump due to a smaller yield compared to the Spectra or Medela. Aug 27, 2023

  • Had high hopes for this pump. Unfortunately it doesn’t get as much milk as my other pumps, so I won’t be using it. It’s also a pretty steep learning curve compared to all my other pumps. Aug 26, 2023

My sister gave me a pair for my first baby, and they’re okay. The app is super neat. I don’t like that the bags are SO big and inconvenient to install. I just couldn’t get the pumps to work for me. Aug 25, 2023

  • Tried out this pump and did not like it at all. The parts are such a pain to clean and the bags are not easy to load. The Elvie is much easier to use overall. Aug 20, 2023

  • Willow pump has very harsh and strong suction! Also bulky and a little loud! 100% regret purchase! I also did not respond well to pump and started loosing oz fast. Aug 05, 2023

  • I absolutely love the handsfree option, and how aesthetically pleasing these are. I feel the suction isn’t as strong as the electric powered ones, however. Willow Go was easier than the 360. Jul 31, 2023

  • This is ok. I received second hand and am glad I didn’t spend the money myself. I found it difficult to operate, didn’t empty me fully, and was rather cumbersome. A disappointment honestly. Jun 24, 2023

  • Very convenient but after every two pumps you have to re charge and they take a long time to te charge. Also pegare does not include the charging cube so you will need to buy two independent cubes Jun 21, 2023

  • bought these in hopes they would be the best. honestly i didnt like them. didnt work the way i needed & spent too much money trying to figure out how to get them to work! i recommend other products Jun 12, 2023

Spent a LOT of money on a pump that did not work well. Leaked frequently, did not have great suction, and requires "adjustment" time before it works. For $700, I don't want to have to adjust. Jun 10, 2023

  • Could not have made it 13 months EPing without the Willow. I would spend the money a million times over again on it Jun 03, 2023

  • I love the idea of the cord free on the go design i had the 3.0 and as convenient as it was, i had both the milk storage containers and the bags, both you run into issues. Hard to clean, or air in bag Feb 24, 2023

  • It has a constant suction onto you which I didn't mind it is different than an average pump. I just wish they were more reasonably priced. Feb 21, 2023

  • Super expensive and they absolutely do not accept any type of return if it doesn’t work out for you early on. Once you open the box it’s yours until you die. Hard to resell Feb 17, 2023

Huge huge waste of money. I barely used these and they didn't even last. Not worth the hype...or money. Feb 15, 2023

  • I liked the Willow but didn't love using the bags and didn't feel that the containers gave as good of suction. Feb 13, 2023

    • North pole, New Mexico

It is a very expensive product. Suction is not good. Is not good with elastic nipples. Feb 11, 2023

  • Pump can't read the fleextubes unless I lean all the way down. I can't even get an oz after pumping for over 30 mins no matter what I do. The product is over price for no reason. Feb 06, 2023

  • I have Willow Go's... Used it 3 times and motor gave out. Customer service is good and replaced them. Used again and it is hit or miss and would affect my supply and give me clogs. Feb 06, 2023

  • Could never get a good latch, and you cant remove to adjust latch or it shuts off. Feb 02, 2023

  • Worked for the first 2 months then I begin to have endless problems that I'm currently still dealing with. I can no longer get the suction past 3. Willow team is supportive an will help. Feb 01, 2023

  • Overall it was a good pump. I just hated the bags because I had an oversupply and it would not empty me without having to switch the bags. Jan 23, 2023

  • Works great. Took time to learn and adjust. I only pump 2-3 times a day and EBF. Strength is good for me small nipples, had to get interests. Bags are expensive. Dec 26, 2022

  • I worked really hard to make these work for me but my output was too low with them. The suction if different from normal pumps and takes time to adjust to.Instead I have the Willow Gos now and love it Dec 24, 2022

Really wish I could afford to get the 2.0 version of this with the milk containers! Dec 22, 2022

  • These were expensive. I loved the concept but they malfunctioned so much that they caused me more stress than good . I do not suggest this product. Oct 31, 2022

  • I am back and forth on this one. 95% of the times I use it it’s so uncomfortable that I regret spending $500+ on this! But the convenience makes it indispensable. Oct 05, 2022

  • Good: 1.mobility- you could walk around with it, but can’t bend over when wearing containers. You could seal them for a moment and bend over or just bend your knees. 2. It pumps a decent amount Sep 28, 2022

  • This is a hands free lifesaver I love my willow and their support team is AMAZING. I love not having to be stuck to an outlet. Sep 13, 2022

  • Did not like. Kept leaking. Didn’t hold enough milk and was hard to wear. It was hard to clean with all the crevices. Would not recommend. Aug 29, 2022

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
