Was looking for a more natural choice for prenatal vitamins and like this because the coloring is all made from Natural Foods & Spices. Only drawback is that it has gelatin. Taste is good and these are much easier than a prenatal vitamin in tablet form. No nausea either. Along with no gluten yeast wheat milk or egg. A winner! Jan 08, 2018
