It certainly is large enough and has tons of compartments to meet the needs of a mother with twins. However, I've learned that I don't need this large bag all the time. Get a small bag for quick trips out and leave this one in the car. (Aug 11, 2017)

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I got this bag only for 1 baby but I am a chronic overpacker. This bag has so many compartments and plenty of space. The only downside is that it does not have pockets that keep cool. Jan 24, 2019
