My brother, who is a pediatrician, highly recommends these. they have peanut product in these puffs but not an overwhelming amount so that you can introduce your baby to peanut butter early on in smaller doses (now research supports introducing peanut butter products 4-11months). I gave my LO 100% peanut butter and she flared up. Now we have to go to an allergist and see if she's allergic, but I hope to use this to introduce a small amount so that she can build antibodies to counterattack any bacteria that resist the chemicals in peanut butter.
