This monitor has terrible quality on the parent unit - my charger has stopped working twice. The first time I was sent a replacement charger. While the customer service is good, I should not need to replace the charger twice in ten months for my monitor to work. Will never buy another vtech brand monitor. (Feb 17, 2017)
