This has the same shape nipple as the Avent soothie, which my daughter loves. I prefer this one because it has a better handle to attach a pacifier clip and it has a nose cut out. (Mar 14, 2018)

These are really cute and are shaped like the soothies. But the nipple is really hard so baby will not take it. Also they were also yellowing before we even opened the package. Apr 27, 2017
