Totally depends on how comfortable you are slinging and what type of material you get, especially if a beginner. Silk is crunchier and harder to break in but some prefer “crunchy” versus worn. Feb 25, 2020

If you only get one babywearing device and don’t mind a little bit of a learning curve, I’d recommend a dupioni ring sling. can be used from birth to toddlerhood, is supportive and breathes very well. Feb 10, 2020

Loved this for us! The carriers are too short for my torso and fit baby against my boobs in what seems an uncomfortable way. This ring sling was great! And still had one hand free! Feb 05, 2020

Super easy to put on/off. Lightweight and takes up less room than backpack carrier. Easy to put baby in/out and baby is less sweaty than in thicker carriers. Worth the price. Suggest learning it first Aug 24, 2016
