  • Great book for any new parent. Especially if you want to know when to call a doctor. The book is tabbed by issue and there are checklists per topic. Wish we had in the first few weeks! Jan 24, 2018

    The verbiage is aimed at heterosexual, white middle-class families... And that's not us. But it was informative, even if the authors are smug as all hell. Jul 01, 2015

  • Super informative, especially about breastfeeding and solid food transition, making sure the kid gets enough nutrition. AND helped me diagnose acid reflux in my kid. Nov 13, 2013

  • Hands down the best book of any of them. Simple, down to earth advice that won't have you losing your mind with crazy. You'll have it by your bed and use it for years. I can't recommend this higher! Nov 07, 2013
