There is a big gap between the chair and tray. The design is poor, but I prefer this to nothing. I did contact Inglesina who told me that they are releasing a newly designed tray this winter. (Aug 29, 2018)

Wish we got this initially - it was a later purchase and saves time and mess. Only complaint is that ours doesn’t sit flush to a table. Not a huge deal but something to note. Dec 26, 2020
