what parents are saying
My baby hates it. It says it is for newborn size, but I think it hurts my little one’s hips with the straddle seat. I am curious to see if it does better for him as he is older. (Jul 24, 2019)

This carrier needs to offer better back support. The twins didn't like this carrier, it felt very flimsy/cheap. It also did not aerate very well. Made for slimmer builds, uncomfortable for XL mommas. Mar 02, 2023

It was easier to put on than others, but the material was not ultra soft, nor soft in some cases. Feb 28, 2022

This is SO uncomfortable to wear! Felt like wearing a heavy backpack on front where the weight of baby hangs from my shoulders! Not enough back support for me either. Babys head was floppy in it too. Oct 20, 2019

Was always nervous about the wrap ones so we got this one. Always felt comfortable using it and my husband would use it too! Mar 17, 2019

I have this, and honestly didn't love it. It was really only useful for the first 0-3 months, because once the baby starts growing, the strain on your back becomes unbearable & you need extra support. Jan 28, 2019

The carrier doesn't have great head support. I always feel like I need to hold my son to support him in the carrier. He doesn't seem very secure and I always feel like I need to keep one hand on him. Jan 10, 2019

Very comfortable, I'm 5ft tall an fits well. Baby head support to far from mom chest, I have to hold my infant head to support it. Please re-design infant support otherwise I love back support. Jul 20, 2018

Hate that the crotch area is so narrow, it won't keep their legs in M position unless they are really small. But then the seat itself can get small enough to hold them up against your body. Jun 12, 2017

We used our chicco carrier for our first (and really liked it) and started to use for out second until we bought a ergobaby 360. Then my feelings for this were neutral. Good for budget friendly option May 15, 2017

Cute color, durable fabric, it suppose to be for infants but there is no infant head support, will try when our little gains better head control Jan 11, 2017

There was no head/neck support. I would have to place my hand behind her head to keep her slopping over and putting strain on her neck. I couldn't even give this away. No one wanted it after using it Aug 27, 2016

Says it can be used from 8 lbs to 35 lbs, but there is no head support for my newborn. I guess we will try this again after she gets a little older. Jul 28, 2016

My son recently outgrew his Moby so I bought this. Love it! He loves to be worn. The padding is comfy on his legs. I feel like he is secure at all times while I am wearing him! Jan 23, 2016

I am not sure how I feel about this carrier, I need to try and use it more but it just doesn't sit right. I have cinched up all possible angles but baby feels like she's leaning way to far forward. At this stage i wouldn't recommend it. Oct 06, 2014

I loved my Chicco super soft material. I took it on a trip to Mexico, carrying my 1 year old. It was so comfortable. I was sad when I had to pass to another mommy. May 04, 2018

Not a fan. Baby didn't like being in this carrier as an infant, and you can't use it when they're bigger. So it was pointless. Mar 28, 2016
