  • Absolutely amazing! I particularly love the soft silicone flanges that were gentle enough to use while battling mastitis. Feb 21, 2020

  • I use this pump daily, it usually allows for multiple letdowns and has great preset options. The silicon flanges are very comfortable. Feb 13, 2020

  • I used this for 9 months straight when I returned to work! It is very efficient (get a LOT of milk in a short period of time). I would recommend it Apr 12, 2018

  • It was weird at first, compared to the Medula, but I ended up loving this more than my Medula bc it has a more natural sucking motion than the Medela! Highly recommended. Mar 12, 2018

Very durable, closed system (new kit only $65). My pump is 7 years old, used by 3 mothers and I tested it yesterday to use with my new baby (due in Dec) and it still works perfectly! Oct 25, 2017

  • Works great! The shields have a different suction that's more like a baby's natural sucking, instead of the pulling of most pumps. Did cause major pain/sensitivity the first couple weeks! Not sure why Oct 05, 2016

  • Dumb name, GREAT pump, can't believe it isn't better known. Gets more milk out of me than Medela or Ameda. Very comfy. Travels easily and sets up fast. This is the hospital grade version; there is a cheaper model called Bliss that is also great. Oct 28, 2014

    Why weeLove Milkflow Lactation Cookies:

In case you need a valid excuse to eat cookies, here’s a really good one: boosting milk supply. Nursing moms need to fuel their bodies to keep up with the demands of milk production and new parenthood. (If you’ve been wearing the same pants for three days—we get it, girl!) While lactation teas, capsules and powders aren’t for everybody, cookies most certainly are.

Milkflow™ from UpSpring created the first ever lactation cookies made with the dream team of ingredients: Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. These two essentials work together to help naturally promote breast milk supply in those early days, during your baby’s growth spurts (when you’re glued to the glider for feedings!), and pumping sessions.

Available in Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip, cookies are non-GMO and made in the USA with all natural ingredients. These tasty treats come in packs of two—perfect for tossing in your diaper bag for a healthy snack on the go. Each box comes with 10 packs (20 cookies total), so you’ll be able to keep your milk production going strong while keeping “Hangry Mom Running Errands” at bay. It’s a win-win.
