what parents are saying
I love wood toys but the center post on this one scares me. The center post is fairly thin dowel that could hurt a child's eye or mouth if they tripped while carrying it or had it in their mouth. (Oct 13, 2017)

This is a great sturdy toy. It was smaller than I expected but it's nice that it isn't huge and doesn't take up space. Started using it around 1 and still using it at 2. Jul 27, 2021

Our son prefers the plastic kind but used this too with supervision. The wood post is solid and has no give so if he fell on it, it could do some damage. Colors last- but wood shows through if scraped Jul 01, 2018

Love that its wood but (duh, shoulda thought about it) the center pole is hazardous. We have to supervise use or we take away the center and let the kid roll the rings around (also fun). Aug 26, 2015

This is fun for my 14 month old, but I wish the pieces weren't so heavy. She can throw the top wood ball piece and has almost made a dent in the wall!! Probably not the safest thing for a little one! Jan 28, 2020
