Make sure your TKO Fitness Ball is at room temperature before starting the inflation process 2. Using the pump included, inflate the ball to 80% of its stated size. Once ball has been inflated, using the plug that is provided, insert into the hole and press firmly so no air escapes. Leave for 24 hours before inflating to full size. 3. After 24 hours, please refer to Part 2 to ensure ball is properly inflated for the user Part 2: To determine the correct sizing, perform this simple test: 1. Sit on the ball and place your feet flat on the floor 2. If inflated correctly, there will be a 90-degree angle between your hips and knees. 3. Adjust the Fitness Ball by adding or releasing air without exceeding maximum size. If you reach the 90-degree angle, the ball has sufficient air, even if not at full size.

Every pregnant woman needs one. This helps back pain, helps to move baby’s head down to dilate your cervix, and it’s great when baby arrives. The gentle bouncing but my baby to sleep every time.

Both blessing and curse. Bouncing helped baby get right to sleep but after awhile it was the only way he'd sleep! We've pretty much transitioned him out of that but we still use if absolutely needed.

Used this twords the end of my pregnancy because my hips hurt so bad and it was so much pressure. This was such a relief to sit on! I would sit and rock, swirl. Great for getting baby into positoin

My hip was out of place for the entirety of both my pregnancies and stretching on this ball made it feel so much better. It was also great during labor and for bouncing my kids after they were born.

Pregnancy can get SO uncomfortable! This was wonderful for stretching and getting the kinks out of my back, then wonderful again for bouncing my fussy baby to sleep (while working my abs!).

this was so great when I was uncomfortable on so many occasions. They really emphasize the value of this in pre-natal yoga too. great for back support, stretching, etc and really reasonably priced!

Multipurpose Savior -- Used during the last trimester -- very comfortable place to sit; brought to the hospital to use as a birth ball; and finally, spent many an hour bouncing and soothing a newborn! Savior in many situations!
