This weeSpring favorite is ergonomically-designed (get it? Ergo!) to distribute baby's weight evenly and shift the heavy lifting from your shoulders to your hips. Dozens of weeSpring moms have said it was the only carrier they could really get comfortable in--and many note that it’s a favorite for Dad, too. Parents also love that you can use it from day one with their newborn insert, adjust easily to allow baby to face in or out, and the hip and back carry options means you’ll still be able to use it to lug a 35 pound toddler around.
The Catch: As with most carriers, there’s a bit of a steep learning curve with figuring out how to use it with baby in all the various positions.

Although I did not use this for my newborn baby, I used it as she got older and still use it now at 1.5 yrs old. It makes carrying her around an ease and there are different positions for as they grow

Easily can carry my 30 lb LO around comfortably facing forward/backward. Love that you can adjust the straps to wear LO on the hip. Easy to clean. Keeps the hips in the right “M” shape for support.

Love the many options that comes with this carrier. Easy to put on and take off. My LO always falls asleep as soon as she's in this. My hubby loves this for walks as opposed to the stroller.

Very comfortable to wear for longer periods when standing. Neither baby nor I really liked the forward facing carry, but we got lots of use with the front and back carry. Bulky to wear when sitting.

This make it easy to carry baby around. I have to admit it can be a little challenging to get the strap in the back arm supports and also the belt security strap. It comfy for the babies as they sleep

Must have! We used this all the time from 0-18 months. She wants to walk everywhere now, otherwise I would still have her in it! We have the infant insert and would use it for walks, travel and daily

Love! Best invention ever. Plenty of back support, easy to use, baby loves it. I wore my newborn in the insert until she was big enough to remove it and now I wear her facing out at 6 months for walks

This is great for when baby gets big for a wrap-type carrier. It felt a little bulky when baby was time but once he was holding himself up better it was perfect. My husband loves this carrier too!

The best part of this product is the versatility, when my baby is tired she can face me & rest & when she is wide awake she loves to face out & look at everything. Love the color & it's easy to wash.

Ergonomic carrier with four main positions that meet most needs. It is sturdy but not as soft as it could be. I like that it is has two simple buttons to switch from inner facing to outer facing.

Just used our 360 carrier for the first time while traveling with our daughter. It was so comfortable and made getting through the airport so easy! I'll be using while shopping for now on too!

I have tested out other carriers that might have fit my body better (i am tiny. 5'5" and 95lbs) but this one was comfortable and my kid fit nice in it. Even now at 27lbs, i can carry him without issue

Love the hip strap as I have back problems and it's definitely easier on the shoulders and back evening the weight out. Used this with the infant insert till present. Love the shoulder pads

This is a great carrier. As my older daughter grew she loved being able to face out and see the world. It's easy to use and clean, and I like the sun shade to cover the head of a sleeping baby.

Q: First time mom here! My little girl is a small 4-month old, about 12-13 lbs. I have this carrier but it just seems like her legs are spread out so wide that it would hurt her hips...? I'm debating returning it and getting a Bjorn (Miracle or One). Help!
