Part of me loves this, but what pushed it toward neutral is that this essentially a mixture of loose herbs and leaves. I used an older tea ball to steep the mixture, but it will need to be strained. (Feb 26, 2014)

Sitz baths are great for recovering from vaginal birth (or other vagina-related procedures). But you have enough going on. Don't bother with this dry version. It's a mess. Get the liquid concentrate. Mar 03, 2014
