As soon as I started to show, it was recommended to me that I pick up a pair of maternity Spanx for lower back support since I am very active in my day to day. It makes a huge difference for me since I am not used to carrying any weight on my front, and I feel myself walking a bit taller (I hadn't even realized that I started to hunch over a bit!). Not only am I more comfortable wearing them, but they also prevent smooth over any weird lumps that come from creative adaptations of pre-pregnancy clothing, making everything fit just a little bit better.
