  • The sound mutes when babe cries, exactly the opposite of what you want to happen with your monitor. The pan and tilt function is a must.. But so is sound. Go with a different monitor. Aug 12, 2022

  • This lasted for 3 years.. maybe that is average ?? However I have multiple cameras and a lot of $$ sunk into this and cannot replace the monitor now. Quality and features weren't great to begin with. Jul 04, 2020

    Love that I can attach multiple cameras to it,spin the camera all around to see the room ( great for toddler!) after 3 years just now starting to show some glitches in the sound Jan 25, 2018

  • This monitor wouldn't hold a charge after 5 months of use then stopped working all together. Was not expecting this quality especially for the price Dec 04, 2017

  • I have this monitor to cover two cameras and it does good at that. I had to use my warranty, realized with the second, the charge cord send warps and stops fitting. Got one off amazon and worked! Jan 16, 2020

  • I wish that I would have never purchased this monitor. The signal goes in and out, even in the same room as the camera. I could not return since it was electronics and Samsung was no help in replacing May 23, 2018

  • I can see and hear my baby in the dark and has the volume setting, light bar so you know if they're crying while on mute. Though the image isn't the best, it does what it needs to do. No complaint. Oct 12, 2017
