A piece of gear that your baby will either love or hate, the Mamaroo is one item you might want to try before you buy. With its five different motion settings, this sleekly designed swing/bouncer has been some parents “saving grace.” and the only thing that will put their baby to sleep.
THE CATCH: Some parents note that the motion options aren’t “enough” to soothe. So if your baby doesn’t take to it, you might just have purchased an “overpriced” chair.

    My baby does not like this swing at all. we’ve tried multiple times to put him in it and all different settings, he just doesn’t like the movements at all. Mar 20, 2023

  • I love the Mamaroo. specifically, I like that I can change the setting from my phone when I’m doing things like cooking or cleaning. Both of our babies who have used it, love it. Feb 08, 2023

    I cannot thank this product enough for all the meals and extra time it has given me. Baby has taken numerous (supervised) naps in this swing. Once she was old enough she loved playing with the mobile. May 17, 2022

  • At first my kids hated this. They did better with the infant insert but still weren’t excited. Decent motion. Poor quality speakers. It does have a fairly small footprint. Expensive & hardly used it! Nov 23, 2021

    Love how sleek it is! The other baby swings took up so much space in our home. This has many different swing features and you can even control it on your phone! Great to put the baby down for a bit! Jul 15, 2021

  • I like how it has a smaller footprint, sounds, and different motions, however, my baby seemed to outgrow it faster than the traditional swings. Jul 08, 2021

  • Some babies love it, some hate it. Thankfully, my little girl enjoyed this swing. Also thankfully, I got it at a consignment shop for a fraction of retail price. Too risky an item to pay full price! Nov 13, 2020
