As of June 2014, SIX babies have died while in a Nap Nanny; you can learn more in this article. While there are plenty of parents on weeSpring who love it, especially for babies with reflux, we urge parents who still own a Nap Nanny to not hand it down to another family. The Fisher-Price Rock N Play and BabyBjorn Babysitter Balance are both good alternatives.

I know this seat was recalled but when used properly it is a life saver. We always used it on the floor with baby buckled in. The angle is just right and baby loved napping in it with us near by. Mar 21, 2019
