Nap Nanny
what parents are saying
recalled but who cares, just dont leave baby alone and be sure to strap them in. (May 13, 2013)

As of June 2014, SIX babies have died while in a Nap Nanny; you can learn more in this article. While there are plenty of parents on weeSpring who love it, especially for babies with reflux, we urge parents who still own a Nap Nanny to not hand it down to another family. The Fisher-Price Rock N Play and BabyBjorn Babysitter Balance are both good alternatives.

Although recalled, the Nap Nanny has been great with both of my kids. Obviously it isn't something you want to use with a child who is unattended. Even my 2 year old still loves napping in it! Jul 29, 2020

There is a new one out there called "daydreamer sleeper" that is essentially the safer version of the napnanny. Higher sides, and super soft n comfy. Naptime with my LO wouldn't be the same w/o it!!!! Mar 25, 2014

I know this product was recalled, but it saved us from countless sleepless nights due to baby reflux. With the Nap Nanny, baby was able to sleep through the night at 3 months. And we let him sleep in it until 7 months, when he outgrew it. Jun 03, 2013

Though this product was recalled I find it very helpful when on the floor and the baby is buckled in (esp before they move much). Its soft, at an angle which is good post eating, and easy to move from room to room. Ive enjoyed it if used carefully Jan 09, 2013
