It's been a great resource for everything I could have wanted to know, plus it isn't fully of full on scare-info (like some books that basically told me to never eat anything or I'll give my baby a third eye). This guide is CRAZY thorough!! My favorite thing is having chapters dedicated to each month of the 1st year that go into great detail of what you can expect. For first time moms, this is great! Oct 11, 2013
