My wifi was not strong enough in the beginning so I was frustrated with the reception. Once I upgraded my wifi, it has been working great. It is reliable and picks up even the tiniest sounds. Sep 23, 2014

Camera has a lot of pros, like easy setup and the built-in white noise player. But it frustrates me on a weekly basis, like the way you angle the camera or when the app freezes my phone. Aug 19, 2013

One of the worst things we have bought (returned). It is very unreliable, which is the most important thing you need in a monitor. There is about a 5 second delay. Setup was simple and automotic, but once something goes wrong there is no way to work with the software to troubleshoot or reestablish a connection. Jun 14, 2013

I was suspicious about this, given the cost, but now love it. Excellent video and infrared quality. Sometimes the connection drops, but overall it helps me relax knowing I can check on baby easily. Mar 12, 2014
so i have a love/hate relationship w this. it's amazing that we can leave and see what's going on at home, but it's very spotty and often doesn't work when i need it to. usually doesnt work @ hotels Sep 24, 2013
