    This isn't a user-friendly product which was disappointing as I've found other Medela products pretty straight-forward. Also after about 2 weeks of daily use the motor completely died . Sep 11, 2024

    Bluetooth rarely works. After 2wks the whole pump stopped working for 2 days and then started back up. Side button wore off and is flaky after 3mo. Replacement membranes needed every 3mo are expensive Feb 12, 2023
