  • Funny gift but not useful. Better to have a disposable mat or diaper to throw on top! Apr 20, 2022

Great idea but the design just didn't work for us. Didn't stay on with all the wiggling that goes on during changing time. Oct 24, 2021

  • If you have a baby boy, you know what it's like to get peed on. This is a life saver! Oct 04, 2020

  • We were gifted these... They seem silly and we never used them, since it seemed the pee would just go under the baby Apr 01, 2020

  • Excellent idea, but these didn't stay on my son at all. You're better off covering with a diaper. Mar 06, 2020

  • I received these as a shower gift and they didn't really stay put on his body, and seemed to be a waste of money, just close the diaper if he starts peeing. Mar 27, 2019

  • We got these as a gift. They are funny but not really practical. Just cover them up with a wipe. Mar 10, 2019

Great idea but wasn't so great in execution. I've had it fall off during a diaper change and got peed on. It's been shot into the air and off the changing table. Doesn't hold its shape after washing. Jan 02, 2019

The idea is nice, however thats where it ends. I believe the design is to small to actually stay on and any little movement knocks it off. You are better off using a baby wipe or wash cloth. Aug 30, 2018

  • Just gets in the way and doesn’t really absorb the pee. Easier to just cover it with a baby wipe in my opinion. Jul 04, 2018

  • Indifferent about these. Nice to have, yes. Essential, not really. A wash cloth or other item could serve the same purpose. Feb 18, 2018

  • Did its job once, so I'm not complaining. But I won't go out of my way to recommend these either. They fall off if baby even so much as wiggles. Feb 13, 2018

  • Must have for parents of little boys! Use them during diaper changes and sometimes bath time. We're especially helpful when LO had diaper rash and we needed to air out between diaper changes. Feb 01, 2018

  • Yeah... so cute but you will not really use it. Baby wriggled and moved and will peed everywhere. Don’t waste your money or time trying to actually use :) Feb 01, 2018

  • Unnecessary is understatement. Once baby has peed its one and done then needs to be washed. Using a wipe to cover baby is much more practical. Seems messy and less sanitary to me. Nov 29, 2017

  • Useless. Just use the next diaper to cover up if you have a sprayer. Oct 05, 2017

  • The most useless baby item I have owned. Glad it was a shower gift. A wipe, washcloth, or diaper are the best pee shields. If you get these, I recommend returning them so you can buy something useful. Apr 10, 2017

  • Wanted it to work but seems more like a novelty. Doesn't stay in place and seems more of a hassel than useful Dec 27, 2016

  • Adorable, but completely impractical. Dec 27, 2016

  • Honestly, a super waste of time/money. Cute gift but totally impractical. Perhaps because my baby was a wiggler, but I found they did not stay in place. Oct 14, 2016

good idea, but not a necessary purchase. Jul 22, 2015

  • useless, don't stay on when baby pees Jul 14, 2015

    • Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts

Necessary for early diaper changes. Saved me from getting peed on many times. Apr 29, 2015

Tedious and hard to stay on Aug 20, 2014

  • Didn't fit over my son's penis Jul 29, 2014

  • Falls off and has been useless for our LO. Jul 24, 2014

  • Doesn't work! Mar 21, 2014

  • Have to have these when you have a boy! Mar 16, 2014

  • Go these as a gift. Cute idea but they do not stay put. Don't work. Mar 11, 2014

  • Seriously, don't bother. This sounds funny and cute but it's such a waste! Mar 03, 2014

  • I wanted this to work for us - it's a great idea! It just didn't. Too small, gets kicked off or falls off easily if a baby squirms while you're changing them. Feb 08, 2014

  • Doesn't stay put long enough to be effective Jan 31, 2014

  • This is a fun novelty item but doesn't actually work - just falls right off. Use a slightly dried out wipe instead. Jan 26, 2014
