I feel like this ointment works just as well as Desitin for diaper rashes. It’s very similar to it, and cleared up the rash in a day or two. Jan 23, 2020

This doesn’t heal immediately. Diaper rash creams should work immediately that by the next diaper change, the rash should be lessened. Spend a few dollars more but buy a cream to heal a NB. Dec 30, 2019
